Amy Winehouse won't be charged by police for a drug video that allegedly shows her using a crack pipe.
"Police have confirmed that no action will be taken against Amy Winehouse in relation to an investigation into a video handed to them in January," a rep for the British singer, 24, told Usmagazine.com.
"She was questioned by police last week and released on unconditional bail," the rep added. "Amy’s bail date to return to Limehouse police station has been cancelled, bringing this matter to an end."
U.K.'s The Sun published photos of the video in January. Winehouse spent nine hours talking to police on May 8.
"Amy is pleased to be able to move on and concentrate on music and particularly looks forward to seeing her fans again at eagerly awaited festival performances this summer," her rep said.
Winehouse also spent a night in jail for assaulting a man outside a London nightclub in April.

She use to be a very attractive woman before she started eating drugs for every meal. Now she looks rode hard and put up wet!!!! Nasty!! that hair is something else too. It looks stupid but she probably looks worse without it, if that is possible.

They probably just can't prove that it was drug use since it was a video. If they caught her IN THE ACT in person, they could charge her. But since it's a video she could say "oh that's not crack, it's tobacco or something"

Just goes to show that if you have the money to pay for a good lawyer you get away scot free. There are no repurcusions and people like Amy should be locked away rather than flaunting the fact that her and the likes of Pete Doherty are getting away with make the UK justice system a laughing stock.

Are you serious?! She looks like she's already walking around dead and no one is going to hold her responsible? How is it that marijuana is illegal and people get arrested for that every day, yet a celebrity can walk around smoking crack on video and have NO CONSEQUENCES AT ALL? I'm not saying smoking pot is okay at all, but there is something wrong with this picture....ridiculous and disgusting.
