Amy Winehouse Arrested Today Over Husband's Conspiracy Case

 Anthony Harvey/WireImage.com Amy Winehouse was arrested Tuesday in London on suspicion of attempting to interfere with a court case involving her husband, her rep tells Usmagazine.com. "I can confirm that she did go in voluntarily to be interviewed and was placed under arrest, as is common practice in the U.K., before being questioned," her rep said. "She hasn't been charged with anything." Blake Fielder-Civil, 25, is charged with conspiracy involving alleged witness tampering in his upcoming assault trial. He will spend the holidays in jail as he awaits a January 18 hearing. A source denied a recent News of the World report that Winehouse, 24, and Fielder-Civil, 25, have a suicide pact if they both are sentenced behind bars for a long time. "That is an old story that keeps being regurgitated and changed around for each story and is absolutely not true," the source said.
