hell no I would give my crush a valentine card with sluty jamie lynn on there. Don't any body write that she ain't a slut cause she is. You know I think that most of these stars that are really in the media right now have one thing in common with is they come from the southern states like miley cyrus(who i bet will be the next skank thats pregnant), Jamie lynn(just another skank), and Britney spears. I dont want to say anything bad about her because her songs were big hits and i hope she gets better but still she is a horrible mother and is going to end up comitting suicide if she doesnt get better but still she was also very sluty thru out her career by lying about being a virgin...PLEASE. ok seriously people need to get over the fact that jamie lynn is pregnant. while it may be shocking, 16 year old girls get pregnant everyday. its nothing new. i wish her the best of luck.

you know, i just feel bad about this whole thing. i don't think jamie lynn is a horrible person for getting pregnant. i don't think she should be kicked off the show. but there's something really, REALLY wrong here when so many people are holding her up as a demon or an angel. she's just a kid, folks. please take the opportunity to talk to yours, if you got em, about what went right or wrong here. and make sure that conversation is about your kid, because i fear the lesson here, is that the most spectacular disaster will be rich and famous... and not so much that parent aspect. how's she supposed to raise her child if she's still busy playing one on tv? that's the question no one is asking, and it's really the only one that matters. it's the one that drove britney nuts, poor thing.

She wasn't "sneaking around behind her mom's back" having sex. Mom not only KNEW, but ALLOWED her 15 year old daughter to SHACK UP with her ADULT boyfriend!!!!! What the hell did she think they would be doing, baking cookies? They might as well have been having sex on the couch right in front of Lynn. Yes, kids lie to their parents and do things that their parents don't want them engaging in, like having sex. However, THIS mother not only KNEW what was going on, but she APPROVED of it by allowing them to live together. That is called CRIMINAL CHILD NEGLIGENCE!

There is no US statute that declares that it's ok to have sex with a minor as long as there is no more then a 2 year age difference. Each STATE sets their own laws regarding statutory rape. The only way US (Federal) laws would come into play is if a person over the age of 18 traveled across state lines for the express purpose of having sexual relations with a person under the age of 18. There is NO mention of any acceptable age difference in the Federal Statutes. Since the laws vary greatly by state, a determination cannot be made one way or the other as to whether or not any laws were broken without first knowing WHICH state or states they engaged in sexual activity in (which is not simply limited to intercourse) AND exactly how old both parties were at the time the act took place. Even IF a crime did occur, prosecution in cases such as this are rare. Since the potential crime resulted in pregnancy, what is best for the unborn child is almost always taken into account when deciding whether or not to file criminal charges. Unless the adult is a "predator", putting one of the parents in jail would only make matters worse.

If the authorities want to pursue criminal charges against anyone, they need to start with mama Lynn. In EVERY state, it would be considered criminal child neglect to allow your minor child (who was 15 at the time) to move in with their ADULT boyfriend or girlfriend. Personally, I believe that it would be in the best interests of the unborn child to toss grandma in jail as far away from the child as possible. The last thing that women needs is another innocent child to exploit.

The kids who watch her show are young, to young to now what is going on with her. Unless the parents say. My kids don't watch Extra or the E! channel or read Us Weekly, so they don'r know she is having a baby.

You can't tell me that there is a person out there that has never make a mistake in their life. You can't tell me that every teen that gets pregnant is not going to make something of themselves and survive. I know a girl from my town that had a baby when she was 15. She is now in college and working a part-time job to support her child with no help from the father. I have a couple friends who had kids when they were in high school and they have turned out just fine. I think it all depends on how the parents raise their children. I am raising my child to know what is right from wrong and what the consequences for her actions are.

I don't think Jamie Lynn is a slut or a skank or any of those other terms, but having a baby at 16 is just too young. 66% of teen mothers drop out of high school causing them to live their lives in poverty which I don't anyone can say if a good enviroment for a child.

Excuse me whoever is the person that posted the above comment is the one who is ignorant! Go study before speaking, a females body is actually VERY prepared to have a child at 16 & as a matter of fact most doctors say that it is the body's ideal time, even though it is not the teenager's ideal time since they are usually not mentally prepared for such an event. It depends on the person whether they are prepared to face this sort of situation or not! I have a sister who was pregnant at 16, no she wasnt a slut, the father is her husband of 15 years now & at the time was her boyfriend of 4 years! She finished High School, graduated with honors & is now an OB/GYN, so I think you are the ignorant one to condem by what you see! If the Jamie Lynn has the will, want & support, she can go far in life & her body is perfectly able to support having a child.

This lady is too young to have kids. A source says Lynn posted a sexy profile at a celebs dating site named Richromances.com where many celebritis and beautiful people are looking for romances. I think it's not a right place for this little girl.
