Do you think there's any difference between Frenchie and David b/c she posed in photos that can be seen by anyone if they surfaced/distributed, but since David danced nude live, maybe idol is letting it go because he doesn't do it anymore and people cannot see/distribute nude photos of him?

I am totally seeing a double standard here. A few seasons back there was Frenchie. She was Great! Anyway, she posed for some topless pics that were posted online. She was kicked off the show for doing something that was considered inappropriate. She was quoted as saying that the reason why she did it was to pay her bills, or something like that. I am sure that is why he did it too, but why is HE still on A.I.?

This is not fair. If they kicked Frenchie off then they should have kicked him off too. Does anyone else think this is a double standard?

I am sickened beyond shame that adults living in our country will so easily and callously make death threats against children. Try to compare "making death threats - (called uttering) to kiddy-porn." Having fun yet? Much difference? In one you at least get to live, the second though, your children are dying. Are these rabid haters so stupid they don't know their computers URL can easily be traced? Are they so stupid they don't realize they are breaking a law with the whole world watching. I'd be worried if I were them cause I know I'm not the only person who has had enough.

THREATEN DEATH OR BODILY HARM
Under the Criminal Code, it is an offence to knowingly utter or convey a threat to cause death or bodily harm to any person whether child or adult.
PENALTIES
The offence of uttering death threats may be prosecuted by summary conviction or by indictment. If prosecuted by indictment, the accused person is entitled to elect trial by jury and upon conviction is liable to up to five years jail.

11:02 AM Anonymous - who is INSISTING that entertainers be role models? Nobody that I see. But lets be HONEST here. Sure we can tell our kids to look up to firemen, policemen, soldiers etc. But guess what, they are STILL going to admire entertainers and sports personalities unless you lock them in a room and never let them look at a magazine, watch a movie or TV! That's simply the way it is in the real world. I'm betting when you were a kid (if you aren't still one!) you had posters of rock stars or movie/TV stars on the walls. And if you deny it, you're lying. ALL kids do! And if you have such an issue with entertainers..WTF are you doing HERE? Hmmm?

why does anyone insist that entertainers have to be role models?...it is just stupid...how about encouraging our children to look up to real role models like fire fighters and police men and women, or how about all of our soldiers that fight for our freedom.? Just because someone has talent does not mean they are a role model or are obligated to be one....no wonder why this country is so screwed up..we encourage out children to look up to the Britneys and Lindseys as role models when they are nothing more than entertainers.....

Personally I didn't think he was that good last night. I've never really cared for him..even before all this stripper in a gay bar crap came up. Now I like him even less. Hopefully he'll get booted off Thursday.

I think Randy's favorite comment (and I hear it on every single one he gives) is it was "pitchy" or "it had a few pitch problems". Come up with something else please Randy.
