I think that those of you who wrote the stupid comments should stop judging people and get a life. She really doesn't care about what your saying. I guess you all are just jealous because she's making alot of money. So you guys just need to relax.

ok... some people have overeacted to this article a bit to much. if you don't care about it DON'T CLICK ON THE ARTICLE. It's not that difficult. No I am not her biggest fan but i can't believe you people can sit her and scrutinise all the little things she does. Her life is no ones business and because she is famous she is put on the front of magazines and all sorts of things are written about her. don't tell her she should keep her mouth shut because she was in an interview and the question came up and she answered it. They only put people like her in magazines because thats what society pays for. And as for underage drinking... Its Champagne! its to celebrate. its not... ok...lets kick back and get smashed by drinking champagne. A lot of underage people drink wine at dinner time and if something good happens, alot of families celebrate by drinking champagne. One glass wont get you drunk and thats probaly all she has. Put your own life under the microscope before you critisise everyone elses. And one last thing... STOP BEING RACIST! America is no better then any other countries. it defintely has its fair share of problems. An ego problem is definitely one of them

To all the people wanting to make alcohol illegal, when has making something illegal ever stopped people from doing it? Since when does banning something have the desired effect? Most people (in case you were all born yesterday) tend to do the exact thing they are told not to do, illegal or not.

I love alcohol, I think it should be legal for kids 18 and over. Screw the 21 rule!

Alcohol is a drug. It should be illegal PERIOD! It is worse than pot. People get drunk, drive and kill others, shoot, murder people when they are drunk. Alcohol is addictive! It should not only be illegal for minors but it should be illegal for EVERYONE!

Don't forget all of the caffeine addicts "hooking" for a one sweet taste of the deadly drug. Or the homeless coffee addicts holding up signs that say "WILL WORK FOR COFFEE". ROFL

5:26, caffenine doesn't make people swirve into oncoming traffic or kill innocent people while you are driving. It doesn't make people go koo koo and get in fights. I have seen a thousand bar fights, but I've never seen a brawl at the local Starbucks!

How many people "have one too many" cups of coffee and wake up the next morning having no recollection of what they did, or regret the night before? I don't know anyone that reacts to coffee like that!

There are REASONS to make alcohol illegal. There are not reasons to make caffenine illegal.

Making alcohol illegal won't do anything. Look at prohibition, people ended up drinking anyhow and all we got out of that was the mob/maffia. Perhaps a safety feature of cars in the future could be to only allow the driver the ability to drive after the car tests his/her blood alcohol content. Have a breathalizer in the car that if you don't pass, you can't drive. I don't drink at all just because I don't like the taste of alcohol and I don't like being out of control, but I think people can drink responsibly. Like, if you're going to take a cab or public transportation, or you're going to do it in your own home, and always of course in moderation. But it's not going to work to outlaw/ban alcohol. Drugs are illegal and there's still easy access to them.

in germany you can drink beer and wine at the age of 16...your law is stupid

omg, I live in Belgium and it's legal here to drink if you're 16. So your law sucks. And most young people can handle it just well!!!!
