Heidi Montag’s Stepbrother to Be Buried “With Full Military Honors”

 Jason Merritt/FilmMagic  Heidi Montag’s stepbrother Eric O’Hara will be honored with a military funeral Wednesday in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. O’Hara, 24, a U.S. army paratrooper who served for 15 months in Iraq and a tour in Afghanistan, slipped off the sixth-story roof of the Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel last Thursday while working for his brother-in-law’s snow-removal business. “We’re going to do full military honors at the funeral,” Major Tom Earnhardt, spokesman for the 82nd Airborne Division, tells Usmagazine.com. “The firing party, the pall bearers, the folding of the flag and the presenting of the flag to the next of kin.” Montag — who is still in L.A. — is preparing to fly to Colorado later tonight with beau Spencer Pratt. The Hills star is devastated over the loss. “He was the most likable, funny, smartest guy,” she tells Us. “His death makes me appreciate every person in my life. I have a loved one that is in the military. I don't know what I would ever do if I lost him. I don't know if Heidi and her step brother were close. My guess is no, but who am I to judge? And believe me, this girl bothers me just as much as she bothers the rest of you. But if they were close, to lose someone you love it so difficult, more than words can describe.

I think Heidi could have real potential as an actress IF she loses Spencer. I don't think they are as really in love as they say they are.
