Nicole Kidman Tells Us Heath Ledger’s Death is “a Tragedy”

Fellow Australian actress — and close Heath Ledger pal — Nicole Kidman has released a statement to Usmagazine.com in reaction to his death.

“What a tragedy,” Kidman said. “My heart goes out to his family.”

Kidman is best pals with Ledger's ex, Naomi Watts.

This is so sad. When my mom told me i seriously thought it was a joke. then i came and looked at the computer screen and almost started crying. his family and friends and fellow fans are in my thoughts and prayers. Rest in PEace heath ledger.
