For a child to still be using a bottle at 2 years old it is bad for the child it keeps them in baby mode. At 2 this child should be using a cup and not only that walking on her own. I dont understand how you people think just because Tom Cruise said she is so bright that it is true. You have to remember this is a 2 year old child still sucking on a bottle and being carried around like a baby. Give me a break how smart can she really be if they are treating her like a baby, use the brains you were given..if you have any. I am the mother of 2 daughters, and the grandmother to 5 with twins on the way. By the time my grands were 1 they were weaned off the bottle and using cups, they did not get carried unless they were sleep once they began walking. If we were out they always had the stroller if they were tired of walking. Suri is just a spoiled child that is still being treated like a baby.

I know dr's say certain things about timelines, blah, blah but the fact is that every child is different and every parents does what they feel is right for their child so everyone just needs to leave them alone about it!!! At least she's drinking milk, if the only way she will drink it is out of a bottle then so be it!

She isn't too old to drink from the bottle. She needs plenty of milk during this important developmental period in her life. If she needs to get it through a bottle then that is for her parents to decide when is the right time to give her the sippy cup. The bottle also most have kept her relax and calm.
They look happy and very normal. New Yorkers take their children to plays all the time my son already seem most shows on Broadway that is the benefits of living in the city.

My kids and my nephew they are normal and healthy kids. I dont see any difference. Maybe your kids got off the bottle when they were 1 month old.

1221- do you think if she still wore diapers to Kindergarten that it would be bad? Of course it would be! They wouldn't want other kids making fun of her. How old is too old? What if she was 5 and she still had a bottle? There comes a time when you have to start learning how to live civilly. She is old enough to have a sippy cup.
