Aussie actress Abbie Cornish had no problem fitting in with the mostly male cast of her new war drama Stop-Loss.

“These are beautiful guys,” she recently told Details of rumored on-again fling Ryan Phillippe, Channing Tatum and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

“They’re very loving, very caring, like brothers," she added. "They would come up and ruffle my hair and give me big hugs and say ‘You all right?’”

In a recent chat with Howard Stern, Phillippe did not deny dating Cornish at the time of his 2006 split from Reese Witherspoon. He declined to comment on his love life in a new interview with USA Today.

She, too, remained mum about their romance.

She said she didn't like when photographers took her picture with Phillippe's children, Ava and Deacon.

“It’s difficult, because you’re just taking a kid into a store,” she said. “The bottom line is that you’re just living.”

Abbie's awesome. Anyone who's actually seen her act in her Aussie movies like Somersault and Candy will know she's an amazing actress - much more talented than Reese, who never has any real depth in her performance. Reese has always been incredibly overrated IMHO. She's out of her league in anything in which she can't play ditzy or naive... the rest of the time, she's kind of bland and looks a bit lost.

I don't see why everyone assumed Ryan had a complex about his wife being more successful. That seems sexist to me. People wouldn't assume that about a wife with a more successful husband, so it's like you're all implying the guy in the marriage HAS to be the breadwinner, the most career-driven partner, and if he's not he's failed and will thus have ego probems about it.

Reese and Ryan had clearly been on the rocks for years and I think they only stuck together as long as they did for the kids. Reese moved on pretty fast for someone coming out of a 7 year marriage which I think shows they'd both fallen out of love and moved on emotionally well before the actual split.

Ryan had the best wife and mother to his children possible! He can only go down from here. Reese is much better off without him. He always seemed so unhappy and sulky. Jake appears to be more her type, and they are super cute together. Abbie Cornish is icky. Reese's best revenge is that she looks so beautiful and happy. Tops on the best dressed list, oscar for best actress, people's choice award, highest paid actress, etc. etc.--hard to take, isn't Ryan?

Reese was not good looking enough for Ryan, but Ryan was not famous enough for Reese. This way, Ryan has found someone who's more on par regarding looks as well as fame level. Reese has also found someone who's just as famous as she is, and also not too good looking for her. I think the split was a good thing, and both people have found more suitable companions.

I like Reese and I like Ryan but I was apparently the only person on the planet who thought their marriage seemed really bad! They never seemed happy together and now we know they weren't.

Reese is happy with Jake. Abbie seem really cool and Ryan and Abbie are happy. So why not let them all enjoy finding their place in the world??

I promised I would be nice today while typing these things out today, so...............I can care least what happened between Ryan and Reese, I still adore them both. If the rumors are true and Abbie and Ryan did have some sort of chemistry or something............my next question would be........WHY? Are you talking about that movie Rendition? They were both in the movie but they didn't film any scenes together, so there's no way they could have gotten close enough to break up her marriage with Ryan. It was obviously Abbie who was the homewrecker in this marriage.

Ryan is an idiot to leave a girl like Reese. I'm glad that she's happy again with Jake who seems like a really nice guy as well.

I don't really care for Abbie Cornish. I don't personally care if Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillipe stayed together or not, but it's hard to believe that she didn't play a part in their split I mean, when you're rumored to be cheating on your spouse with a person that you end up dating after you've split with your spouse, then really, how is anyone supposed to believe that "nothing happened"? I don't even get why he's famous because I never liked his acting. He has something weird about him that has always creeped me out. He's gorgeous to look at, but the way he talks or something, I don't know, he just strikes me as a little bit off.
