I don't think that Ali is pretty at all..not even close to Lindsay. I mean, Dina is not a bad mom, just her methods of bringing up her children are different. She actually cares about what they want, and is willing to help them succeed. Its just that Ali appears to be talentless...

Ok this is going to sound bad but i dont really get what the big deal is. he may be a director for a porn movie or whatever but that doesn't mean that he has to do porn movies for the rest of his life. the guy might have wanted to go in a different direction in his career so ali tried out for a part. i think its fine if she goes through with the movie as long as it is in fact a legit movie for her age group and not porn.

I am an actress. Whenever, I have an audition I always find out everything I can about the parties involved. It is easy to to check out directors' backgrounds on the internet. It's impossible to believe that Dina didn't know this man directed porn. Most likely, she didn't consider it a big deal, until the press made it an issue.

I think Chelsea Handler's spiff on Chelsea Lately about the Lohans was hilarious, and I am not a fan of either, but it was soo funny & close to the real thing!

You know, messages like the ones here are the kind of thing that contribute to Dina's annoying attitude of entitlement and reinforce her drive to achieve a protective Mama Bear image (which we all know is fake, but still. I'm just saying).

It's not Ali's fault her mom is the way she is (it's not Lindsay's fault either, but she's an adult now and has to be responsible for herself,as much as Dina purports to "protect" her). And to say means things about an underage girl's (Ali's) appearance is very destructive to society as a whole. Think Karen Carpenter. And that was before opinions could be posted 100 times over for the world to see. Can we at least have a little restraint when we're talking about a minor child here?

I love the youngest son, Cody. So adorable, so cute. I want to adopt him. As for Ali, she is not a particularly great singer or great actress, but she is only 14 so she can learn and grow. As for the fact that she wants to be famous, who didn't have that dream when they were little? The real problem here, as I see it, is that she doesn't act her age and there is no one urging her to do so. And that is a good representation of teenagers today: they all act older, dress sexier, wear a lot more make up and talk a lot more "mature" than me and my generation at their age. And that is not a good thing. Children today go from being 8 to acting 20 in no time. No real childhood, no adolescence, no teenager years. So sad. I blame the parents who usually vicariously want to live their lives again and better through their children. That is the case apparently of Dina Lohan. Very sad. Poor kids. They have no idea what they are missing. When they do, it will be too late.

How could her mom not know!! Her nose is consistantly in everything. I bet she did. She would make her girls do anything for a buck. And at 14 she shouldn't be wearing that much makeup, it gives people the wrong idea about her. What a sad family.
