America Ferrera
 Making her presence known on the silver screen in 2002’s Real Women Have Curves, this 22-year-old California-born actress is perhaps best known for her endearing portrayal of fashion magazine assistant Betty Suarez on the ABC hit Ugly Betty.  This beautiful Betty is currently dating Ryan Piers Williams, who has worked behind the scenes on the films The Good German and Ocean's Thirteen. The couple met when they participated in a student film at USC. In May 2008, online reports had speculated Ferrera was on her way to the alter because the actress wore what looked like an engagement ring on the NYC set of Ugly Betty in L.A. However, her rep told Us that these rumors were false. 
 Ferrera’s growing film resume includes 2005’s girl-bonding flick The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants and the Lords of Dogtown. The multitasking actress assumed an executive producer role for her project, the bilingual film Towards Darkness, which premiered in April 2007 at the Tribeca Film Festival. Ferrera was awarded a 2005 Movieline Breakthrough Award for her success in the industry. Ferrera’s groundbreaking work on Ugly Betty earned her a 2007 Golden Globe for Best Actress and a 2007 Emmy for Best Actress.
