American Idol Finalist Jessica Sierra Arrested Again

Fallen idol, indeed.

Less than two weeks after pleading no contest to charges of battery and possession of cocaine, former American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra was arrested Saturday after a drunken confrontation with police in Tampa, Florida, the Associated Press reports.

Sierra, 22, was charged with disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and violating conditions of her parole on earlier felony battery and possession charges. She was being held without bond.

"I'll suck your d*** if you don't take me to jail," she told an arresting officer, according to a police report obtained by TMZ.com.

As the defendant was taken into custody, Sierra — who also spewed racial epithets — "attempted to push away and flee the scene," the arresting officers wrote.

Sierra served a stint in a California rehab facility in July that was to be documented on VH1's reality show Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, airing early next year.

I think everyone is being unfair to Jessica. She is a beautiful girl with an amazing voice. Just because she messed up once, doesn't mean that her whole life is a waist? Who hasn't messed up? I think Jessica will do excellent with her rehab and then have an amazing career.
