I can't believe stars in the USA can drink and drive and carry drugs around and all they get is a 4 hrs stay in jail but out in the UK you beat someone up and offer them $$$ you get 2 years! Thats what Paris Hilton, Lindsey Lohan, Chloe Kardashian, Misha Barton and every other idiot celeb that has gotten a DWI should get too! Hard prison time!

I agree with above that he probably will get out early, like most celebrities, and continue to do what he does best. Mayhem, drugs, alcohol, beatings, money fraud,and bad checks. Amy has such a great voice, why can't she get her act together without him? I'm afraid we will lose her from drugs and alcohol if she does not stay in rehab.

Obviously for different reasons, but both LOSERS!!

He has a bad influence on her and she continues to drink and do drugs even after her health scare, obviously she is a perosn who refuses to listen to help. And those are the people I cant stand! Even though it took Britney a year to get help, she did get it, and she realized she had a problem and has been improving. Amy on the other hand has not listened to help and has continued to screw up her health and her personal life!

People, now THIS is a messed up person! Now all of you can lay off Britney (who is doing MUCH better) and start ganging up on Amy! She's WAYYYYYYY more of a mess then britney (or anyone else!) She needs to stop doing drugs . . . or she can keep doing drugs and die!
