Amy Winehouse's father, Mitch, says he was not shocked by a new video showing his daughter apparently using a crack pipe.

"I've spoken to her already and she's fine," he told reporters as he left his home today, London's Daily Mail reports. "She says she's ok, so no problems. All that picture shows is what everybody knew anyway.

"Yes, I am worried about her but this picture doesn't show anything we didn't already know before.

"It just shows me the tabloids are resorting to underhand tactics to expose her and we already know what the problems are."

British tabloid The Sun posted the grainy video on its Web site. In the footage, the "Rehab" singer, 24, admits to taking "six valium" before lighting up and inhaling from the pipe last Friday at a party at her London home.

In a statement, her label, Universal Republic, tells Usmagazine.com: "We are deeply disappointed and upset by these latest revelations and are doing everything we can to offer Amy our full support in dealing with her problems."

Her fans are also standing behind her.

"Amy, please get some help before it's too late," one fan wrote on her Web site. "You are an amazing talent that is going to burn out way too fast."

Last year, Winehouse made Us' list of the year's Top 10 meltdowns for a bizarre 5:40 a.m. barefoot outing in London.
