UPDATE: Comic Andy Dick Arrested for Drugs, Sexual Battery

 Comic Andy Dick was arrested for suspicion of drug possession and sexual battery, TMZ.com reports. Officers tell the Associated Press that police were called to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta, California, at about 1:13 a.m. to investigate a report of "an intoxicated male" urinating outside the bar. A 17-year-old girl told police Dick, 42, "grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts," police told the AP. Marijuana and the drug Xanax were found Dick's pants pockets; he also appeared "extremely intoxicated," police said. He was booked on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor sexual battery and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was released after posting $5,000 bail Wednesday. (See Us' celeb mug shot archive.) This isn't Dick's first brush with the law. Last year, he was cited in Columbus, Ohio for urinating in public. He was also ejected from Jimmy Kimmel Live last year after he refused to stop fondling Ivanka Trump. In 1999, Dick was busted for cocaine and marijuana possession after driving his car into a telephone pole in Hollywood. I am not surprised. I saw him at the Coachella Fest, during Madonna's performance and he was so jacked up. He is a complete moron! He grabbed this really cute kid who was with his girlfriend and minding his own busines.He then kissed this poor kid full on the lips!! The poor guy was so mortified and I think a little star struck at the same time. Well Andy whips out some type of business card and hands it to the kid. He tells the kid, "Call me later so we can get together." What a complete f****** ass! He's lucky the kid didn't knock him on his ass.

What a sad waste of talent. He definitely needs rehab before he does something to someone that he can never make up for. Why do people think that the best thing they can think of to do with their lives is drink and drugs? Nothing good ever comes from either of these.

It's really very sad when a talented comic actor gets so far out of control-sadly he will probably meet the same fate that previous comic actors have met-we will be reading about him in the obits if he does'nt get some serious help now! I do not believe jail time will help him, he needs to be in a secure medical rehab facility, not the "resort" type one but strictly a medical one!
