Though a source tells Us it was the late Marcheline Bertrand’s “dying wish” that ex-husband Jon Voight, 68, and their daughter, Angelina Jolie, 32, make amends, it hasn’t happened yet.
The Internet buzzed with rumors of a truce when Voight was spotted October 7 at the Waldorf-Astoria, the NYC hotel where Jolie is staying.
But Voight’s rep tells Us, “It’s all a mistake. They didn’t see each other all weekend.”

I think the children of Jon Voight should all come together and make amends with their father - after all Voight left his wife for another woman, Angelina is no better then her father after all she broke up Brad and Jen's marriage, and Billy Bob and Laura Dern and the list probably goes on - how would Angelina feel if her children stopped talking to her - Angelina and Haven need to grow up and stop blaming Voight for everything that has gone wrong in their life -

In Ms. Marcheline's will, she listed a debt which Jon Voight owed for child support. If Marcheline wanted Angie to reconcile, would she have listed that debt? Therefore, I think Angie's mother is neutral at best on any reconcilation.
Even James Haven doesnt have any good words to say about Voight. For Jon Voight to have ALIENATED his ex-wife, and both of his two children speak volume of his character.

Both of them are selfish jerks. Jolie couldn't take the narcissistic insult of her father publicly calling her wacked out, which was a true statement, but he should have used more discretion.

After reading Angie's brother's story of his childhood, I am convinced that the reason Angie is not reaching out to her father is because that brother of her is still holding a grudge. He said he is not ready to forgive his Dad. He even mentioned that he was the only one in school without car. GET OVER IT!!!! Angie and Haven are really close.

1) She did NOT ask us to forgive her past. If we dont have a full picture of the situation, how can we say she should do this or that. Whatever she decides, I respect her decision. Likewise, we dont know what went on between Jennifer Aniston and her mother. Therefore, we cannot pound on her to reconcile with her mother.
2) Anorexic is a medical condition. Angie certainly is NOT what you said. She is thin. It certainly is not what you described. She does eat. If you will go to justjared, there are links that she went to a Croatian festival inside the UN building, and the people described what she ate.

We outsiders dont have the full picture. Therefore, everyone is just speculating. If you dont like her, you will write negative things on this issue and spin it negatively.

The financial sector is not doing well because of a lot of the losses in the subprime mortgage. Washington Mutual had a big loss and had to write down a lot of the unperformed loans. To the poster who claimed to know stocks, you need to talk with the right jargon to be convincing.
Citibank and B of A stocks are not moving at all.
