I just want to say that I hope it turns out that Larry is the father he seems like a good man! I dont think the grandmother should have any thing to do with danny she seems like a cold woman that cares only about how she feels and never mind any one else! I also think Howard is the same he cares only about whats best for him cause if he didnt he would have done the test asap so danny could finally be with her real father cause thats whats best for her when Danny grows up she will hate any one who tried to stop her from being with her father and will have no respect for any one who kept her from him! I just hope this is all done qiuckly so Danny and her father can finally build a strong relationship and they can both get on with thier lives!

excuse me for what I am about to say, since Ms. Smith is deceased this may not be appropiate but here I go. 1st what type of woman denies a man the right to be a father to his child, so many men are running away from their responsibilities and she does that. I think she was a scandalous, low down, gold digging tramp. She married a man over 60 years her senior and then had the nerve to try and get this mans money when he died. How dare her plot with Howard Stern to deny Mr. Birkhead the right to be with his child, and Howard Stern I won't even speak on his behavior but I will say he is going to get what is comming to him. I do believe Ms. Smith was a prime example of karma, she is no longer with us. Now she can't even raise her daughter,I have no respect for that woman and never have even when she was alive, she just reminds me of a cheap bleep who is addicted to drugs, so she does anything to support her habit. Well that is my feeling on the whole thing, and further more I hope Mr. Birkhead is the father,and I hope that they let the grandmother me involved with Dannielynn, hell at least we do know she is related to the child by blood.

They are only testing Larry against Dannielynn's DNA because he filed suit to have it done - to see if he is the father. That does not mean he will actually get custody of Dannielynn. It just proves it was his sperm. The court will have to decide who the baby should be with. The DNA that was taken from Dannielynn will be destroyed after this one paternity test. They cannot use it again. If someone else wants to file suit and pay for a DNA test then the court would have to grant that just as they did with Larry. I suspect if Larry is proven to NOT be the father, then Howard Stern will be able to be the father. There has to be a stopping point in all this craziness. Personally I hope that Howard gets to keep Dannielynn as he is the one she knows as her daddy. She has been with him since the day she was born and loves her and would take care of her no matter what. He is getting a bad rap over nothing. Who knows what kind of father Larry would be? He has never been married or had any kids. Howard has taken care of Daniel and he is basically a caretaker type of man. Larry may be cute in a gay sort of way, but Howard has more substance to him.

One battle out of the way! When will evil leave! All these people around the world that never met Anna, HKS, Larry,Vergie, MoeMoe, the nurse, the doctors, Bobby Trendy, or any other person from this group......have no right to throw stones. People stop belittling your intelligence and start using your mind. Both Anna and Dannielynn deserve the truth and the truth can only come out by leaving no stone unturned....meaning everyone of these individuals should be thoroughly investigated. Nearly $500 Million is at stake...and while many are stating that everyone of these individuals are in it for the money....some may be just in pain because they've lost everything.

Anna decided what was good for Anna because the MEDIA controlled her every move. NO ONE around Anna controlled her. She called the shots and I don't blame her one bit. Imagine walking out your door everyday of your life and having to prove your whereabouts or what you are doing? What person would like to live in that kind so of world.

I understand Anna's decisions. I understand that a woman that doesn't trust anyone, having a best friend that is a male, being lonely....would end up in a relationship. Of course, they had to hide it....he was her attorney....he was fighting for her fortune. Anna never paid the millions that she was suppose to to anyone....she claimed bankruptcy! Who knows what Anna told Stern or what they agreed upon? She could have very well told him, "I won't agree to pay you hourly, but I will support you as I make money off advertisments or deals." OR "Help me get a deal with a network....like her show...and you get a profit of it." There's all kinds of things that they could have agreed upon. There romance started long ago. Any person that goes to an attorney for help in paperwork having to do with celebrity advertisment, endorsements, network deals, court cases...the list goes on....and he did this never charging her an hourly fee......why? CAUSE HE LOVED HER. She supported him because he supported her.

Yes, it's tragic that both of them died of similar circumstances.....different drugs.....name me one family that hasn't gone through the same ordeal? Has anyone thought? HKS was by both there sides....where was anyone else that loved them? Where was Vergie in Anna time of need? Anna needed her mom and her mom was on national TV accusing her and her lover of killing her grandson. Vergie and the Media were Anna's toxic cocktail mix!

I would like to offer my condolences to HKS and to Dannielynn. I am a fan of Anna Nicole. Her life, I related to. Her son's, Daniel, death was so tragic and I felt Anna's pain. Stay strong in this storm. Ignore the ridicule and stay clear from people that do not support you. Howard, your devotion to Dannielynn at this time is most important. Your arms and Dannielynn's tender, innocence are the only comforts left.

I pray that everything works out and that the world learns something from Anna's story. So many people put Anna down, but too little knew why she was who she was. Sadly, Anna's tragic youth was the root of her long, life problems.

I wished that I had the opportunity to meet Anna. I admired her weight loss, I admired her strength, and I admired her will. She is an example to all abused children, to all depressed individuals, and to the many ignorant people that listen to the poor media reports that have non fictional sources. I blame the media for getting into her personal life and judging her. I blame the media for her constant battle with depression. How she managed to hold up through all these years, I don't know. I can only imagine waking up every morning hoping and praying that no one would take my picture, put it in the paper, and make up lies for money. What person would like to live to prove they are innocent everyday of their life. Anna was a prisoner of the media and that is the reason Anna was in control of Anna. She was smart in not trusting anyone other than Howard.

I hope that if the video of Anna, painted as a clown, comes into play, that Attorney's bring in evidence of parent's already suffering from depression prior to a tragedy. Again, I relate to Anna's reaction to her son's death. My sister passed away at 19 and my mother looked like Anna in those videos...and, that was because my mother wasn't taking any medications. Only a loving mother can understand how it feels to lose a child...the feeling of life being ripped from inside of her, wanting to die is the only comfort foreseeable, struggling to get out of bed just to take a drink of water, no appetite, nightmares all of the time, pictures everywhere of the child, constant crying at the hint of anything that reminisce the presence of that child...this alone would cause any mother to walk around like a zombie. As for what HKS said to Anna in that video, I can relate to that as well. I joke around like that too and I don't do drugs. I've caught many parents joking with their little ones when they can't walk right or fall down a lot saying, "Are you drunk?" and they are playing around.

I hope that HKS sues everyone for causing him so much trauma in his time of need. Then again, it may just be opening a can of worms. It is apparent that we live in a society that lives for the bad and not the good.

If I ever make a trip to the Bahamas, I would like to place some flowers on Anna's and Daniel's grave. I would like to tell them that they are in a better place. I would like to tell them that Dannielynn is safe.

I BET STERN WILL HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT THE DNA CLINIC AND PAY THEM OFF TO LIE ABOUT THE RESULTS! HE SHOULD NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS....NOT THE HUSBAND...NOT THE LOVER...JUST A SUPPOSED LAWYER. WATCH HIM!!!!!

I have read that the DNA tests will only be performed on Larry & DannieLynn, and not HKS. Therefore, if Larry is not the father, we may never know who is actually her biological father.

yeah, just hope they MAKE SURE they the baby they bring for testing is actually Daniellyn. i'm sure they will take every precaution (testing her dna with late anna's) but ya never know. and wouldn't it be funny if it was neithers? well, funny because both are fighting over it, not for the baby. i wonder what would happen then? and wow, i know it gets said too much, but that guy is HOT.

I agree Virgie's texas lawyer he is out there. He does act like he is drunk or the very least on something. Did you see him last night? He was really whacked on Greta.
I think he is pushing for Virgie to get custody(Larry watch your back if the baby is yours) so she can go after the Marshall estate. He will definitly get paid wont he?
I know Larry signed a confidentality paper but I dont think I have heard he signed a paper about paternity. Where did you hear it? Was it on here or a news show?

Someone mentioned how Virgie's Lawyer never lost a case in 10 years. I have to say OH YES HE HAS! he lost Hers in Florida and that has him mad.

I hope for the baby's sake that this is settled soon. She deserves a happy, healthy home life.

HKS is a low-laying snake in the grass...He is not man enough to tell the truth..his whole life has been one big lie...If he were the biological father, than he would have come forward and done the dna a long long time ago !! He's a free-loader, squatting in another man's home, with another man's child...he has kept that baby captive...and he should be charged with kidnapping !! And he should be charged with double homicides !! He's just trying to buy time...And don't think for one minute, while he's holed up in another man's home, that he is changing diapers and bonding with that baby...It just isn't so !!! He is a coward and belongs in JAIL for LIFE !!

larry for sure is the father since he is very eager to take the dna test. the lil girl looks like him too. and howard doesnt seem to be too confident that he is the biological father. he would have taken a test just to stop all this and prove to everybody that there's no need for a court battle, but he did not step up, sooo that clearly shows that he knows that he's not dannielyn's biological father.

9:28 PM Anonymous I believe you are correct. In the Bahamas, unless someone can prove they are the father, HKS is considered the legal Dad since his name is on the birth certificate.

I see on TV that HKS has filed an emergency appeal to try and block tomorrow's DNA testing....

Wow!!! What a mess. This would all be over if Judge Seidlin would have granted custody of Anna's body to the biological father of Dannielynn. This would have ended this entire ordeal. It's a sad situation but would not be surprised if the DNA results reflect neither HKS nor LB is the bio dad. I don't know if Anna knew who the true dad was, however, I do not believe 4 one second that she was w/HKS even if HKS did keep Anna drugged out. HKS testified she was never monogamous with anyone so. Since she was with Ben from Oct. until end of Dec. it is possible that he is the father. The committment ceremony was not a wedding. If Anna wanted to marry HKS she would have done so but even in an altered state, she did NOT marry him. That ceremony was not legally binding. Nevertheless, HKS should be ashamed of himself for all he has done. And if anyone was concerned about Anna's wishes, they would have exumed Daniel and buried them both in Los Angeles, where she wanted to be buried. Bahamas was not Daniel's home, he died there and was buried there because his mother did not want to step foot in the U.S. Daniel, wow, I really feel sorry for him. He pretty much always looked sad. He was kept away from his family. Vergie could not have been that bad if Anna trusted her to raise her son for 7 years. HKS I do believe made sure she was cut off from everyone. Look at her reality show which shows the beginning of his manipulation of her. Granted she had a drug problem long before HKS, however, she did much better prior to his arrival in her life. When he came into the picture, it went down hill from there. Anna was in control then lost it as HKS fed her more and more drugs. He admitted to being the person who administered her medication. He ordered them, picked them up and gave it to her and I would imagine Daniel too. God have mercy on his soul. I pray his appeal is denied, the courts reconize what he's doing and give custody of the that dear precious baby to any1 soon before he does something desperate. I'm really afraid for the baby ... her mother and brother are gone. A true biological dad woulld not appeal a DNA order.
