Kim Walther, known to the world as Smith's devoted assistant Kimmie thanks to Smith's short-lived 2002 reality TV series, has lambasted Smith's lover/lawyer Howard K. Stern. Her Web site (kimberlywalther.com) accuses Stern, 38, of lying under oath, obstructing justice and doing nothing to stop the self-destructive former Playmate from her dangerous habits.

The former assistant, who has a tattoo of Smith on her butch-cep, also claims that Smith’s photographer former boyfriend Larry Birkhead is baby Dannielynn’s real baby daddy. How she knows that is beyond us. And really, given how, um, attuned to Smith Walther was, we really don’t want to know.

i dont think any of them are fit to raise that babybut the one i really dont want to see get that baby is virgie arthur she is so transparent you can see what her real motives are $$$$$$$$ .she hasnt seen anna or daniel in 12 or so years but she knewhe didnt do drugs..people that li9ve in the same house sometimes dont know there loved one is doing drugs..anna was doing drugs long before howard came into the picture probbally to escape from the abuse at the hands of her mother why didnt she do anything about anna drug use according to her diariesanna partyed with her mother..it is sad anna died but she was a big girl an knew what she was doing..lets not rush yo judgement obviously anna saw something in howard to keep him around allthat time..i dont believe he is a saint by any meansafter all money is the route of all evil....

I can't believe that I ever bought an US magazine! It took me less than 30 seconds research to see that this site isn't the Real Kim Walther. The fake owner even sites for the address...... "you'll never find out". HMMMMM???? Sad that people believe your made up lies disguised as gossip/truth. There should be some shread of thruth to be found when you print things. Law Enforcement needs to become more involved in this mess. No different than any other child, THIS child needs to be made a ward of the court and paternity established. Howard Stern needs to move on. His cash cow self distructed with his help, now we have a child at risk. I would not let him care for a house plant, let a lone a human being. GET HIM out of that child's life, and away from any money left from Anna Nichole's history, so that that child can be cared for.
Howard K. Stern should be worrying about jail, not about a child

Obviously, US Magazine doesn't do any fact-checking.
This is NOT Kimmie Walther's website. A simple IP check of that website could have confirmed it. It's pathetic that your so-called editorial staff could not be bothered to get off their arses and do their job.
The REAL Kimmie Walther has stated that is it is FAKE on both her MYSpace and in her interview with Entertainment tonight.

Kimmie wouldn't write these things on a website. That just isn't Kimmie's style. Kimmie was waaayyy too cool on the ANS Show to drop to the level that this website shows. I think that Howard and now Kimmie are really getting a bad rap in this whole situation. I wish them both the best through this difficult time.

Kim came out in a recent exclusive interview because this website shown in this US Magazine article is FAKE. She is NOT connected to this website and these are NOT her words. She was very upset about this fake site and wanted to set the record clear. She states she would NEVER say anything bad about Anna, Howard or Daniel because she loved them.
US Magazine needs to actually do REAL Investigative reporting before they print such slanderous website addresses and attribute them to belonging to someone who is NOT connected to them.
Anyone who saw Anna's show knows Kim would never have said or done anything that would have harmed her dear friends images.

Seriously? Is there anyone NOT trying to cash in on Anna? I always felt sorry for her. It always seemed to me when she was alive that she was a lost soul, never knowing what LOVE really was. Not from her mother, not from any of the men she was with. They only wanted what she could give them, and apparently her death hasn't changed ANYTHING! seems like a hoax. However, I looked and I couldn't find her myspace page. Unless it's under some other name. I'm sure the California court will get in touch with her during the probate hearing on Anna's will. Too bad no one has tried to contact her for the Florida hearings...then again, has anyone been watching the court proceedings in Florida? It's a zoo, the judge is an idiot! He is totally trying to get his 15 minutes of fame while Anna's body is in limbo. Poor woman, even in death she gets no peace.

Does she realize what executor entails? That should such a document exist it has nothing to do with the will or his place as executor unless it is listed in it as a provision or a codicil? Interesting she is not too upset by Anna's mother benefiting from her daughter's and grandson's deaths, or about her avoidance or lying on the stand. Not biased at all [sarcasm], I'm sure she takes down the posts supporting Howard only because...I can't even come up with a logical sarcastic explanation for that. Her website shows that she really doesn't know much about what she is ranting over, such as DNA and the Marshall case. She sounds off her rocker with her threats to show up when he least expects it.
