I wonder if the real Anne will show up when the people at the FBI are reading her diaries. Naive or a very vicious criminal girl, who knows how to play the game.

The apple didn't fall far from the tree...this toad's dad is also a con-man, arrested in Italy for fraud! So embarrassing for Anne to be caught up in this mess.

Awe... poor Anne and I mean that sincerely. She seems like such a nice person. And, she is obviously beautiful and talented. Why would such a dog like him, who claims to have loved her, surround her by this underhanded stuff? I really doubt that she understood what he was doing.

Sometimes love is blind, deaf, and dumb. We have all made choices about a partner and then afterwards said "Why did I do that?" As far as Folleri being "scum" I don't think you should judge people that you don't know and you don't have all the facts. Politicians, presidents/CEOs and businessmen steal everyday, he just didn't pay off the right people so please, I don't want to hear it.

I think the break up was a strategic move. He probably told her they should do that so that she wouldn't get into any trouble. You know, the whole lets pretend to be broken up so that they don't come after you, thing....

Anne Hathaway's ex, Rafaello Follieri, is total scum! It's interesting that they confiscated Anne's private diaries to help with the investigation, but they need whatever they can to put this loser behind bars, etc.
