Annette Bening
 Kansas native Annette Bening moved with her family to California as a young girl, and her love for the entertainment industry began once she joined the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco in her early adult years. After appearing in productions including Shakespeare’s Lady Macbeth, Bening’s successes warranted a move to New York, where her career really took off. 
 Currently married to actor Warren Beatty, Bening is the mother of four children. She was previously married to J. Steven White, but the couple divorced in 1991. 
 Most recently seen on the silver screen in the film adaptation of the Augusten Burroughs memoir, Running With Scissors, Bening has also been lauded for her roles in American Beauty and Postcards From the Edge, in which she starred with fellow 2007 Golden Globe nominee Meryl Streep. In addition to her numerous film credits, Bening has appeared on an episode of Miami Vice and has even hosted Saturday Night Live. For her Running With Scissors role, the actress was nominated for inclusion into the 2007 Golden Globes Best Actress category.
