Ashley Dupre Thanks Supporters – and Haters

 William Farrington/Polaris Former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer's call girl Ashley Dupre is speaking out for the first time since revelations of their conduct led to his resignation in March. (Check out stars caught with hookers.) "Thank you all so much for taking the time to send me a bit of strength and inspiration via email or comment," the 22-year-old singer writes on her official MySpace blog. "Your words have touched me and I thank you for that... with all my heart," she continues. Dupre – who also apologizes for not keeping up with pending friend requests – is even appreciative of the haters. "To all [those with] not so kind words... I'm a 40 year old male who has only had minimal paying jobs with overqualifying work output in every job and unemployed for the last three years. There is only one thing that I can say living in New York State with Elliot Spitzer during his governorship - thank goodness for Guy's Gone Wild... I think I finally have a chance!

As little (or no) talent that this girl has, we all know she will in fact have a future, because that's how America works, making people famous for no reason. As sad as it sounds, and as much as we may not like her, this girl will most likely be set for the rest of her life for doing god knows what.

"He who has not sin cast the first stone". I am not justifying what the girl did was right but it takes two. The governor should have turned away from her advances or the situation as a whole. This was a secret he kept away from the public as well as his family. There are no winners in this situation. Eliot Spitzer made a poor decision and hopefully his family life can be restored. Remember the story of the woman caught in adultery. Hopefully one day Ashley will meet the Lord and turn away from her life style for good.
