VIDEO: Attorney: Kevin Federline Has "Camaraderie" With Britney Spears

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline may be back and forth in court, but their relationship is getting better.

"I think if you're going to have two parents participate in the lives of raising their children, there has to be some camaraderie between them," Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said on Today Monday.

"Whether or not it means something more than that, I wouldn't know," added Kaplan. "I'm usually brought in when there's irreconcilable differences!"

On May 6, Spears' visitation rights with her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James were expanded to three days per week, plus a Mother's Day visit. She is still under the co-conservatorship of her father, Jamie Spears.

"We are so pleased with Britney's progress, and we are very appreciative of the court's recognition of this progress," parents Jamie and Lynne said in a court statement that day.

Kaplan said the "significant change" in visitation "reflects improvement" in Spears' mental health.

"Kevin's intent is to have an order, an arrangement that allows both parents to participate in their lives," Kaplan said.

"[It] was important to Kevin that the kids be able to be with their mother on Mother's Day and [with him] on Father's Day," Kaplan said. "[their visit] went well."

1. K-fed found out the HARD way he's better off being MR BRITNEY SPEARS, THAN TO BE KNOWN AS MR SHAR JACKSON.
2. Daddy Spears is on the case. LONG gone are the days of the DRUGGED OUT Britney Spears Who everyone was taking ADVANTAGE OF, Including K-fed n Kaplan.
3. If Britney gets custody back. NO MORE CHILD SUPPORT = NO MORE MONEY for K-fed from Britney.
4. Kaplan will fight to the end to keep that 50% custody money rolling in.

It's in K-feds best intrest to make amends with Britney.

I thnk it is great if they get along but that sentence "whether or not it means more than that, I don't know" that is what I am talking about. Why even put that out there. great they are getting along.. good but Kaplan took it farther.

I think that maybe they are better apart than together. I also think that it should be possible for the father and mother to do what is best for all their children -- if that requires getting along to the best of their ability, then that's wonderful.

OMG is this guy really trying to spark the gossip's by insinuating that Brit and K-dork are trying to reconcile? Or is he trying to get the paps back on Brit's arse and make her crazy again by insinuating anything about Brit and her ex so that the paps chase her again just for a photo of them 2 together and help drive her insane! What an arse! What, she getting her life back on track so now they want back in. Whatever I mean as his lawyer he's a real piece of work!
