Patridge has appeared in all three seasons of The Hills and is set to return with LC and the gang when episodes resume this spring. Residing in the same apartment complex as Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag, she was the twosome's first friend upon arriving in L.A., and, thus, was drawn into the show. Throughout season one, Patridge worked as a receptionist at Quixote Studious. The show's second season saw Patridge begin a new position at Epic Records. Patridge continues to aspire to become an actress and model. In March 2008, Patridge's image was questioned when topless photos of her hit the Web. She responded to the press by saying: "They were taken when I was just out of high school and beginning to model…I was naïve, overly trusting of people and inexperienced."
