How can anyone blame his wife when she claims they weren't separated when he started seeing Sienna, that his relationship with Sienna has now caused a separation, and that she only found out about the affair right before the photos came out. He is at fault, he cheated. You have 4 children, the youngest only 8 months I believe, you darn well better make an attempt to work it out, or at least have the common decency to tell your spouse that you're not happy. Don't let that be a surprise. And don't cheat and humiliate your entire family with torrid photos of that affair. And to address something mentioned in the responses to the newer article about this whole mess, commenting on how Sienna was topless wasn't necessarily out of prudishness. I have no problem with how many European beaches allow for nudity/partial nudity. That's the culture and it's terribly ethnocentric to go to someone elses country and dictate how they should dress or live, etc... However, the photos are worse than had he just kissed her while she was fully clothed because kissing someone half naked is much more intimate. Anyone who says otherwise is in denial. So, if you want to suntan topless or go boating topless or hang out on a nude beach topless, go for it. You want to make out with a married man who isn't legally separated or divorced with your top off on a boat in the ocean and expect to keep your privacy and for people to not think you're a homewrecking tramp, then you're off your rocker. I would be annoyed if my husband kissed a woman, but if she was topless, that would just make it even more offensive. Possibly a kiss could be explained away or forgiven even, but a partially naked kiss is too sexual to overlook or not be humiliated by. He's a slug and his life is imitating his onscreen persona from "Brothers & Sisters."

Maybe he just wants to play with someone who is nasty for a little while. He was probably with a good normal woman for a long time, and now he wants to play in the dirt with someone else. Sienna seems to fit the bill for that. I cannot imagine that he is looking to her as a real companion.

Why is the assumption that the break up is his fault? Maybe she is over him. Just because you have children does not mean that your feelings cannot change. And why is it so wrong to "cater to your husband" don't you want him to cater to you also? Too many women get married, have kids and leave their husbands behind and just become moms. The adults in the relationship need to continue to work on their relationship instead of putting all of the focus on the kids. Kids come second in a marriage, not first.

And before you all start, I am a woman who is married for almost 17 years. We have four children. He and I made the decision to keep our relationship strong first and foremost and then focus on the kids. Kids need to see their parents as a team. Not just as mom doing all of the child rearing and dad working. Continue to treat your spouse the same way you treated him or her while you were dating.

Men that cheat are only thinking of themselves. His wife appears to be a strong, beautiful woman. I'm sure this is hard and very humiliating, but the fact is that she will move on. So when men cheat, they hurt their wives, and that is always front and center in everyone's mind. But I believe that the biggest victims are his children. I have both a son and daughters. I've told my husband that every man should look at his little girl and ask himself if he wants her to be treated that way by her husband. I will tell my son the same thing when he finds that right person. I hope his wife can pull it together enough to show her daughters that they deserve better than that. Isn't that sad to say about their own father? Those poor kids have to grow up with this in their minds forever. Will his relationship with Miller last that long? That answer is obvious.

Get jobs losers!!! If any of you cared have as much about working or getting off your fat asses, the world would have lower unemployment and less obese people. Everyone wins! US will stay in business without your constant high horse commenting...

Sienna Miller was pretty naive before Jude Law cheated on her. Ever since then she has spiraled downward and slept around. It is like she is trying to prove something to everyone. She doesn't seem to care anymore and has no morals or regard for the other people she is affecting.

How do you know that his current wife is fat and this why he would chose to leave her for Sienna? His wife was a former model!! I don't think that is the case. Sienna was just an easy lay. How embarassing for his wife and kids to see those photo shoots. That says alot about the character of those two.

I am sick of people saying so what if he cheats, he was unhappy being married. When you are married with children, there are other things more important than your own selfish happiness. It isn't always about what you want. You put yourself aside and do what is best for your family. He is the man, it is responsibility to look after his family. It is pathetic that we live in a "me" society and what is worse is that people actually approve this type of behavior. What happened to trust, honor and dignity? I can tell you if it was his wife who up and decided to leave her children because she was unhappy, people would be talking about what a selfish b!tch she was.
