I am a case manager for an agency on Long Island New York.
I have many down syndrom individuals on my caseload who are a blessing to both myself and our community. These special people have brought joy to their families and have given nothing but unconditional love to everyone they touch throughout their lives.
How DARE your publication on the front page state that this family was "Afflicted" by down syndrom? You made it seem like she had cancer.
This is a beautiful life, if you would like to know how these wonderful people touch the lives of others just let me know. I am sure you will retract the word "afflicted".

Keep up the hit jobs on Sarah Palin. McCain/Palin keep rising in the polls. People in flyover country don't appreciate the cheap hits and it will hit you in circulation.

When I saw your cover of Sarah Palin and the extremely biased view you took, I was shocked. I am fifteen years old, and even I can recognize terrible journalism when I see it. Can you spell SLEAZY??? I can: US MAGAZINE. Your magazine as well as your editor obviously have no class. I'm sure it didn't even occur to you that the Palin family would be reading this issue. To support Barack Obama and the democratic party is one thing, but to ridicule an entire family is a completely different story. IT IS DISGUSTING AND DISTURBING TO HURT AN ENTIRE FAMILY FOR A PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION.

There was, however, an upside to your issue. Your terrible reporting skills have entirely convinced me as well as others to support John McCain and Sarah Palin. Congratulations, US Magazine. Your plan backfired.

I always pick up your magazine in the super market, but after hearing that you never checked on any of the facts about Sara Palin before printing you mag I will never give you a dime again.

What is with Obama supporters and this idea he will "change" things. LISTEN TO HIM the only thing he has changed is his mind on just about every issue.

Okay, she emailed him. Email is, like, the easiest, most casual and NON-personal form of communication. Who gives a frick? It's too bad that she can't casually mention it without magazines getting their panties in a bunch and running to Barack wanting to know if it's true. He, in his position, now has to down play a simple email otherwise we'll be reading that emailed him and sang him happy birthday. Even my grandma uses email. That must make her some kind of ho.
