Barron Hilton pleaded no contest to DUI charges Wednesday in a Malibu, California, courthouse.
His license was suspended for a year, and he was placed on three years' probation. He must also attend a three-month alcohol program.
In addition, Hilton, 18, is required to visit a Los Angeles County morgue and attend a lecture given by Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Celebtv.com reports.
The younger brother of Paris Hilton was arrested February 12 for having a blood alcohol level of .14 — nearly twice the legal limit — unlawful use of a license and driving without a license.

Wow, the Hilton parents must be SO PROUD of the great kids they have raised. Maybe if they had actually spent time with them when they were younger and taught them how to be responsible adults instead of just giving them money they wouldn't have these issues.
Why is it that soem people think having money and having brains are mutually exclusive?

6:34, it's not that the rich should be punished. They should just be treated the same as the middle class and poor. No group, poor or rich should be treated worse than another.

Barron deserved everything he got, from his license being suspended for a year, 3 years probation, visiting a morgue, etc. That's his own damn fault, but his punishment should've more more harsh because he could've hurt somebody, like his skanky sister, Paris Hilton, whose punishment should've been more harsh like her brother's, etc.

His punishment is probably harsher because he had a fake license and he's not even of legal drinking age. If you're underage and you get pulled over and you're over the limit, it's a pretty stiff penalty.

Man, I don't get it either--Paris got off light because of her "pseudo-celebrity." No one knows Barron's name. This is so stupid.
