I boycott any movie Arm-Pitt and Whorlie are in becuase their morals suck and I dont want to give them my money. I want their careers OVER so people do not look to them as role models. I bet this movie would've made over 100 million by now if that skank wasn't in it. She steals men, hates her father, has admitted to doing every drug known, cuts herself, is all tatoo'd up b/c she wants everyone to think 'she dont give a f*ck' she tries to better her image by giving to charity (much like Paul Mccartney's Heather Mills - and we know what a manipulator she is) - bleeplie makes out with her brother and gets turned on by him, she has vains that would make a body builder envious, esp. that large one running down her forehead - she's just nasty, and Brad arm-Pitt is full of himself with a huge ego that he can do whatever he wants, even dump his perfect wife at the drop of a hat like she was yesterdays garbage. I hope these two losers are making each other miserable and will leave the rest of the world alone. They should go back to Namimbia and STAY there!

Hey boys & girls, quit obcessing about Jolie. This movie makes a temptress out of Jolie and a stud out of Winstone.
Its all ZEMECKIS CHICANERY!!!not at all her real body which is a skeleton. The computer did all the tricks.That was the reason Jolie said she was shy, more like embarrassed coz that was not her body. The animator-computer guru did all the work to turn anybody into God and Goddesses. Yahoo Winstone, he looks old and plain with a pot belly too!! quite shocking. Life is not fair. Jolie pocketed $8 million for 2 days work doing what was more like a cameo than a role.Unless it is an action flick or a sexy role, all her other movies bombed.
BTW, I love the movie for the CGI MAGIC, now I'm sold on 3D, the best way to enjoy a movie.

Angelina Jolie Voight is not the best and those who criticize her are not jealous. When Voight made his first public comment on the love triangle that she and Brad created, he refused to pass a judgment on the grounds that "you never know ther whole story" but even he supposed that "the other person (Aniston) is hurt". That's something they had no preoccupation with - they were too busy teasing the world with denials about the status of their relationship. Just why do I have the feeling that Jon Voight is the only person who deserves respect in the family that was his once? Probably because no matter how Angelina ignores him, he does what a father is supposed to do - i. e. refuse to believe that his daughter is no-good no matter how much the evidence points against it. He might be the only sane, deeply ashamed person in the whole story - ashamed of other people's mistakes, not his own.

Beowulf brought in over $28 million this weekend, more than double the #2 movie. Suck that, US.

US mag is being ridiculous again. Most critics like the movie.

really doesn't do that much. I didn't care for it and
am sorry I spent the money. Beowulf was a good actor. We
really didn't hear much about him. Too bad.

Kids learn more when they are younger and develop more connections as they age, it's a lot easier for a young child to adapt instead of a teenager. I could only hope to be able to show my kids the world as they can. There is no substitute for firsthand experiences and their children are going to be incredibly wealthy when it comes to those. Staying in one place doesn't equal stability and I do believe that the opposite is true, that moving around does not mean life is unstable. I know people who as children of military parents saw 5 different schools before high school and they turned out fine. Stability in my opinion is about ensuring that kids know what is what, have consistent expectations for their behavior and for their parents' behavior.

Anyway, as the saying goes, different strokes for different folks. I know people who refuse to allow their kids to know anything about Harry Potter, just because I disagree it does not make them a bad parent. I know those who let their kids see rated R films at a younger age than I am comfortable with, but it doesn't necessarily mean they are bad parents either. If we all raised our kids the same way we'd have a pretty boring world. If it were only acceptable to raise children in one manner, there would be standards, if not in law then in the child care field.

Rant aside, this doesn't seem little kid friendly, but I imagine a lot older teens love it. Especially the boys, of course. I imagine it would be great to see in IMAX.

6:39 I hear that. In a way, yes, because a lot of her fans loved her because of that open personality, her willingness to be forward with her darker side. But at the same time I would not expect her to not mature or change now as she is older and a mother. I think overall she's the same open person, just not as likely to jump in a pool in a designer gown to celebrate something. I did think she was a bit sassy/kick butt in Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Maybe Wanted will have her in that type of role again? I don't know...but she's always mixed serious roles with the fun ones.
