To the Anonymous commentor at 1:38 PM, what they meant by Amy buying off the rack was that she was able to buy off the rack at a "regular" store as opposed to having something specially tailored or having to buy it from a "big and tall" store. They weren't commenting on the cost of the dress. David's Bridal has undoubtedly a large selection of dresses in a large spectrum of prices.

Oh Man! I am reading some of these comments and I am sick to my stomach at the cruel remarks. I have been one of those that have lost 80 lbs with the inspiration of those like Marty & Amy who put themselves out there for public scrutiny to help someone like me. I live in Omaha and know them personally and like others have said, they are the nicest, sweetest people in the world!

I have been married before and re-married. Does that make me a bad person? I don’t think so. Mine just didn’t get played out in front of America. People make mistakes in life and everyone has the right to be happy. They are VERY happy and if you ever saw them together, you would understand that.

As far as FAT?! Give me a break! Maybe you need to go and look at their before pictures because they have NOTHING to be ashamed of!! They go through a lot during that show and do things that are not very healthy in order to look their best at the finale. Most of the people that have such a drastic loss like that in a short period of time do tend to gain some of if back. It’s a fact. Marty and Amy, if you are reading this, we love you guys here in Omaha!!! You are inspirations to me and I can’t wait to get better so I can get back to boot camp for more torture! :)

None of you know the real reason behind his marriage ending. You don't know him. It was probably on the rocks before the show started. Unless you know for sure, shut up.

I know both Amy and Marty and they are selfless, wonderful, incredible human beings. We would all be lucky if we possessed a fraction of the kindness of these two. They have taken their knowledge and fame and used it to help others that are struggling with their weight - for no personal gain. I admire what they have done and continue to do every day.
As for those of you even bothering to make comments of their weight - you should be ashamed of yourselves. Amy and Marty exemplify that if you are beautiful on the inside - it will show on the outside.
I wish the Wolffs every happiness in the world. They deserve it!

I was in a club in Charleston, SC Saturday night and, lo and behold, in walked Amy, still in her wedding dress, and Marty with their friends. I've never seen a happier looking couple. They were great, dancing on stage with the band and making lots of new friends. From personal observation, I'll bet that you appearance critics don't look close to half as good as they do.

I think they are one of the happiness couples in the world.
I saw their profile with dating photos and videos on myinterracialmatch.c om .Some hot stars started their blogs there too.

Marty was married before coming on the show. On the episode where they were rewarded with seeing their loved ones if the contestants could complete a task aboard a cruise ship, Marty's wife was that reward. However, late in the season, when Marty returned home for his big reveal, the show focused on his students and did not show his wife.

Unless you know the real story, I'd suggest keeping your comments to yourself. You don't know anything about either of these two people aside from what you saw on TV. Ever think that NBC showed you what they wanted you to see? And a fat Jessica Simpson? Really? Are you that heartless to call someone something like that? I hope to God you never have issues with your weight and God forbid someone say something like that to you. Grow up!

For the record they were both single.

What we in America now view as "normal" is actually much heavier than, say 30 years ago, much as how we now have skewed visions of proper portion sizes of food. They look great compared to when they started the show, but they are both still overweight.
