Bill Murray Finalizes Divorce

 Scott Wintrow/Getty Images Bill Murray and his wife Jennifer Butler Murray have finalized their divorce — a month after she accused him of adultery and drug use. According to the June 13 court documents (obtained by TMZ.com), the comedian, 57, has been ordered to pay child support. She will have custody of their four kids and keep all their properties in her name. He must also pay her a lump sum of $7 million. (They had signed a prenup that it is still valid, according the court papers.) The news comes a month after she accused him of adultery, addiction to marijuana and alcohol, abusive behavior, physical abuse and sexual addictions. According to her six-page filing, she claimed he abused her on more than one occasion during their marriage. One time, the document claimed, he "hit his wife in the face and then told her she was 'lucky he didn't kill her.'" His attorney said the comedian was "deeply saddened by the breakup of his marriage. He and his wife are loving parents and they are committed to the best interests of their children." See photos of other stars who recently split. I totally agree with anonymous. It IS too bad they all can't be that quick instead of the public having them shoved in their face in every magazine, talk show, and news broadcast. Face it, 50% of us have been divorced. We're not famous, so no one but our friends and families have any interest in our divorces.

THESE FOUR YOUNG CHILDREN HAVE THE ABLILITY TO READ AND SEE WHAT AWFUL THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS PEOPLE SHARE FOR EACH OF THEIR PARENTS. Sounds like it was a quickly divorce to me. Maybe hush money to keep his wife quiet about the details of him being an alcoholic, drug abuser, physical abuser etc...
