The photos were taken with parents and or grandparents there at all times, if they didn't want "those kinds" of pictures taken then they should of said something to Miss Leibovitz. Annie always does a wonderful job of capturing part of the subjects personality. The pictures pictures are beautiful, soft and(without the article)show an innocent girl, starting to emerge as young woman; something that we don't get to see out of most femal stars today who skip right to the hoochie phase of stardom. Calling Annie paprazzi is going to far, he felt uncomfortable afterwards and made himself feel better by calling a world-reknown portrait photographer Stalkarazzi. SAD. Cyrus family, stop calling names and deal with your decisions and photo remorse with dignity and respect. And if you let your young girl read Vanity Fair just because Miley was in it... Well you only have yourself to blame, Vanity Fair is a semi-risque magazine, if you're under 16 years old, you probably shouldn't be reading it, so don't blame the photographer. A little accountablity for yourselves people, please!

Firstly, she shouldnt have to pay for her mistake anymore at all. She did pay for it, and she had to suffer alot. She got a lot of bad publicity, almost lost her job with disney and she is still getting all this stick. And secondly, Billy shouldnt have to take responibilty for the photographs since it is the public and press that are misenturpreting these pictures. Thirdly, he is not saying that he sees Annie Leibovitz as a pap, his daughter turned around and said it after a another pap got all up in their faces, thats how Noah feels, not him.

Miley is only 15, and she did say she was sorry. At the time, she probably did not think of it being a "bad" thing. I make bad choices. Everyone does. I do feel that maybe Annie Leibovitz took small advantage of the situation. Either way. What is done is done, and it is time for people to move on.

Well the article title is entirely misleading. Billy Ray was saying the fact that his 8 year old even knows the drama of the Annie Leibovitz situation is the world he's in now. That is pretty crazy. For an 8 year old to know the name of a photographer. She obviously heard a lot about it when the situation went down. Stop blaming Billy Ray. Unless you've been in his exact shoes and had a daughter who became a huge celebrity at age 14, and thus has had a million people talking in your ear and telling you how best to run her career...don't talk.

The article's title is misleading, but I wish Billy Ray Cyrus would just admit that the photoshoot backfired. He didn't think it would get all the negative publicity it did, and now he's trying to clean things up, and very poorly at that.

I'm getting really tired of hearing about this. Miley tried to do something "artistic" which she apparenlty loved at the shoot, but it back fired and she got terrible publicity. Now they're attacking the photographer. It's not her fault a scandle grew from her photo. She's a wonderful photograph. I say lay off her. It's Miley's mistake, and she should take all the blame.

It should have been HIS job to supervise the shoot and to ensure that the appropriate poses were shot. Annie Leibovitz is one of the century's most highly regarded photographers. Mr. One-Hit-Wonder father should go read a book about her. His comment made him look VERY stupid.
