I think heather b. may have meant that coke puts an incredable amount of strain on the heart because it causes weird arrythemias and causes cells in the muscles of the heart to start firing electrical currents when they aren't suppose to be. So, then you get irregular heart beat, lack of oxygen to the heart and then....heart attack (which just means some of the cells in the muscle of his heart have died).
Bobby Brown may also have a bad family history so doing coke might have put extra strain on an already vulnerable heart.

Just a theory, I have no idea what actually happened.

Stop doing drugs and maybe you won't have any heart attacks. Anyone who watched his show saw that all he does is smoke cigerattes, drink beer..very HEALTHY. lol.
