Las Vegas' Madame Tussauds wax museum nixed the plan to stage a depiction of Angelina Jolie, 31, and Brad Pitt, 42, getting married Pitt's rep protested, the Associated Press reports. The scene would have included a wax figure of George Clooney standing in as best man.
"I personally found it a little odd that they were re-creating a wedding that never really happened," said Pitt's publicist Cindy Guagenti. "As Brad's representative, I found it disturbing."
Adrian Jones, general manager of the wax museum at the Venetian resort, said in a statement that the decision was made to not cross the stars.
"Since Madame Tussauds enjoys excellent relationships with the celebrity community, we made our own decision not to create the wedding scene," he said in a statement.
The Brangelina wedding had been scheduled Wednesday to mark the unveiling of Jolie's wax figure. The museum already has a waxed Pitt.
Instead, Jolie's statue will be introduced Wednesday, without the wedding bells and whistles.
The kyboshed wedding may have been the closest thing to a Brangelina union we'll ever see. Pitt told the October issue of Esquire magazine that he doesn't intend to marry Jolie until legal restrictions are lifted in the U.S. and "everyone else in the country who wants to be married is legally able."

Sure, they are doing good for the kids in other countries and I have no problem with that. I have a problem with people being on Jolie side instead of Aniston side. Jolie ruined Jenn's marriage with Brad. Jolie is a bitch for doing that. I don't know how you can live with yourself being on Angelina's side. Jenn deserves a lot better than that. Well i think Angie and Brad will marry when the time is right for them, What they are doing to help people and also raising there kids is alot to deal with right now, they are selfless people who care alot about others, unlike alot of stars and there dramas, Brad and Angie are actually doing something to give back, So why in the hell does the world need to Judge them for what little faults they may have. I love to hear about them and all the good there doing, its more then any of there ex's have ever done for anyone. Most of these famous people have dramas that are just selfish and self centerd. I wish Angie and Brad all the best in life, I hope this is one couple who can make there relationship last, because they look so good together, and they seem to enjoy helping people and plus they love kids and seem to be great parents....

I have to laugh again at the same line. "I am so tired of hearing about these two". On my computer I have to actually grab the mouse,move the cursor to the word comment, click on it and then spend at least a half an hour or more reading all the comments. If you haters really were sick of them you would not be here reading and posting about them.
I read an article today that explains why you haters idetify so well with ja. In short it said you are all better suited for the jerry springer show. The hate you love to spew for Brad and Angie is indicative of the kind of person you are. I am sure your lives consist of watching Jerry Springer and every reality show, since these shows bring out the ugliness in people. I feel very sorry for so many of you filled with so much hate and rage for these two. Shame on you for allowing yourselves to hate anyone. None of you haters are in a position to judge either of these two. They go about their lives and don`t even bother with who is saying what about them, unlike ja and madonna. ja`s stunt at lax, the constant running to oprah,the london farce as well as countless other stunts and madonna`s tour to try and convince everyone of her adopting intentions, are the real publicity stunts. I think they could both run a class on the art of being a conniver. I was behind madonna until she went on tour trying to promote her intentions. That just proved to me what her real intentions are. There is a sign where I work that reads "It is better to be thought a fool than to speak up and remove all doubt". Words ja and madonna should remember. My boss is one of those rare bosses that hates people who rat on other people. She has actually fired a person for doing just that. ja reminds me of the kid in school who tattled on the other kids. She ran to oprah. She ran to vf. She had all her friends talk crap on Brad. Brad and Angie have not said a word. ja couldn`t wait to take her clothes off for the covers of magazines. She just loved all the attention she got. I heard she had her pic taken standing near a cancer patient promoting her charity. Let`s hear now how celebs who have their pics taken for charity are doing it as a pr stunt. Let`s be honest here. The real reason you ladies hate Angie so much, is because she shared the fact with everyone that she likes sex. You women still cannot handle women saying they like sex. I use to think Madame Tussauds Museum had some sort of standards....but apparently NOT!
I actually wrote to them a few months back when they released the Jolie/Pitt/Shiloh display with my feelings regarding their omission of Maddox and Zaharia. I explained I felt ALL the children should be represented rather than just the "Biological" child.
I actually got a snippy email back from them telling me in no uncertain terms Maddox and Zaharia were not represented because no one requested to see them. There was no recognition of their own CHOICE in regards to perpetuating myths and values surrounding adoption.
I for one will not be visiting their Museum in the future.

on that note, I think Jolie should read about Sir Bob Geldoff. He apparently got upset when someone took some pics of him with helpless kids in Africa and he discusses it in his book......... I just bring this up because Angelina's recent visit to refugees not only did NOTHING for them, but if she simply donated the money she spent on her private entourage and plane there and back, they would be set for life. But of course it may help HER image. Also, why is that poor kid of hers being dragged around like some mini-ambassador for his mom's work.
