Well i personally love brandy she is so talented and seems really sweet, but as much as i hate to say it she should go to jail not because she is a horrible person but because if an infamous person would have been in her shoes then that person would be in jail. Its unfair how celebrities get special treatment and get away with this kind of stuff. My older brother had the same problem 2 years ago and he is still in jail. Again i love Brandy but i believe that if my brother had to go to jail for the same situation then so should she. Celebs are getting away with so much and its not fair at all they should be treated just as equal as the rest of us.

i dont understand this was the girl he hit in a car or was walking or something well eather way it goes she shouldnt go to jail at all because it was all an accident she didnt see the girl and was just like okay im going to kill her naw what for it was a huge accident...and she's not sane at all.......brandi is so talented and so beautiful to do something like tha ton purpose,,,,,,,,,,she shouldnt do any time at all....what dont ppl understand when i say accident accident is the oppisite of purpsoley purposley means: A result or effect that is intended or desired; an intention wich is not what brandi did ppl please quit tryna put her down and quit hating

Look at how many idiots come here to respond by putting their opinions out without knowing or regardless of the facts. And without putting themselves "in both shoes" or on both sides of the fence? Funny how people can talk about someone else and be so naive as to think it will never happened to them; And they won't even try to find out what to do if it happens to them beforehand; "but car accidents happen almost everyday? right?"...humm. Ok people, how do you know first of all that brandy killed that lady? brandy hit her of course but the lady hit another car then got hit by another vehicle. So, who's hit did the lady die from? that's the question... and where are the other people that did hit her? they had part in it as well.
