Nope, I'm a General Contractor who's met alot of parents along the way. Every parent I've met over the past 30 years tells me the same thing. They're sick of people interfering in their families, they're sick of women's role in families being undermined and mocked, and they tell stories of how their own mothers called the shots in the home and didn't take crap off of spouses or other relatives. This has been going on for a long time, not sure why you think this is a new, unorthodox opinion.

Anonymous, you can believe whatever you want. But wisdom pretty much dictates that the provider (man or woman) is the head of the house. Always has been, always will be. Custody can be taken away from him at any time over the next 18 years. Britney has low self esteem and has a hard time saying "No" to people who try to order her around. As she gets older it will become easier for her to stand up to people due to maturity and more experience in life.
And do you really think women today give a crap that some man might read this comment and complain and cry about it and call me names? Men are the biggest crybabies I know. If more women would start putting men in their place than there would be less griping about what I said. By the way, if people would start standing up for their civil and constitutional rights, then judges and attorneys would not be able to boss families around and overstep their bounds. There are ACLU chapters in every state, if you feel that someone is trying to make decisions for your family without your consent, than call the ACLU and demand help in defending your right to raise your family without interference from government. Sometimes it is ok to just say "No".
