Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have arrived at L.A. Superior Court for a hearing concerning the custody of sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
Spears arrived in a white Range Rover and entered the court via an underground entrance. Attorney Blair Berk accompanied the singer.
Federline, 30, showed up after Spears. He was driven through the underground entrance in the backseat of a black Range Rover with his lawyer.
Sporting a tan, he walked into the courtroom in a pinstripe tan suit. He was smirking when he walked down the hallway to the courtroom.
Spears wore heels, a brown dress with little white squares, and a cream-colored sweater. Her hair was very blonde and she was accompanied by her parents, Lynne and Jamie.
Britney, Kevin, and Jamie Spears were then sworn in. When asked to state her name, Britney said, "Britney," and the judge said, "State your full name." She then said, "Britney Spears." Jamie and Kevin said their full names and then the court was closed.
Spears and Federline did not look at each other at all.
Federline has had primary custody of their kids since January, when Spears, 26, was involuntarily hospitalized after she refused to turn over one of the boys to his bodyguard.
As the singer's stability has improved under the co-conservatorship of her father, she has been granted regular visits with her sons.
The hearing is expected to include a psychiatrist's evaluation of Spears (who has been shooting her second guest spot on CBS' How I Met Your Mother).

If the media would have focused their attention of skank Kevin instead of Brit he would be in her place right now. One day soon Brit will get strong enough to get her precious boys back from the gold digger Kevin. He will be the visiting parent. He is more unfit even now than Brit is. He is lucky that he doesn't have to take care of Brit's boys, he has Brit paying daycare for them and daycare workers wiping their as-es while he is out and about drugging and drinking thanks to Brit footing the bill. everyone wants to sit here and blame britneys parents for the mistakes of britney and jamie lynn..how many of you can control and know your teenagers every move??? i say none of you do....I did alot of things my parents didnt know i was doing so ya there is ways to do something without your parents knowing. I think Britney deserves to have time with her kids but supervised until she can control herself. Nobody here knows what it is like to grow up as a "famous" person but you are soooooo quick to judge someone. I see everyone bashing Britney and Jamie Lynn but I dont see any comments make about Lindsay Lohan and her parents decisions on raising her........

I believe she was going thru post pardum after her first child and with the end pregnancy so quickly after just compounded and if we all remember Kevin was partying all the time while she was taking care of the kids. I think he is a bottom feeder and she deserves the kids (FULL CUSTODY) so he can go party all he wants, she ends up paying for it all anyway.

She should be allowed to have her kids back. She is doing very well and has regained the love and support of her family . Kevin in my opinion is milking this too far. That is what he has always been after anyway , her money and to share the spotlight. She was just too blind to see. Most of the time the kids are not even with him as he is always in NYC or vegas. The kids have to be left with hired help paid for by britney.He just wants to keep the kids for financial reasons. I wish shar sues his - - - for child support. She perobably would not because the - itch is still in love with him anyway.
