I agree.....we shouldn't glamorize this situation. Back in the 'ole' days, if you got pregnant before you were married, you were ASHAMED! This whole thing is pathetic, but at least she is not having an abortion. She is doing the right thing, but we shouldn't be glamorizing this at all. What does that say to the younger generation - she is not a role model to be looked up to. And Britney is just whacked! She definitely looks different in this picture, then she did a few years ago. She looks like she's on some serious med's to deal with her issues.

I understand that your american president and his people pulled the wool over your eyes for a long time but hasn't it been removed for quite awhile now? why can't you see clearly yet?

I think this is a great move. Give Jamie Lynn the family support and out of the spotlight life that Brtiney never had! Hopefully Brit can help her sister avoid all the pain she's been through. Not a perfect situation but she has the money to raise the child, she's having a child so let's hope she gets all the support she needs - aunts, grandmothers, granfathers acting as such and not as leeches!

This situation makes me sick. They let Britney do whatever she wanted and now look at her.. she is going CRAZY. So what do the parents do? Leave young and preggo JamieLynn by herself to take care of Brit but in return Jamie can do whatever she wants. Jamie will be the next Britney just give it 4 years.

Britney should be there for her sister. It will probably help her to be back with more of her family and out of the HOLLYWOOD spotlight. Britney is trying to turn her life around and is trying to make things better for herself and people still rip on her and say bad things. Some of you must not a life to sit on here and talk about someone so terribly and be so cruel. Some of you just enjoy seeing or hearing about someone in pain and knowing that they are suffering, how horrible. Those of you who are such haters need to get a life. Stay strong Britney!!

Britney should be there, she is paying for the shower. I know Jamie has her own money but I am sure if sis wants to pay they will all let her.

Hey mom with the nine year old--pull the Disney plug and tell him she got sick. My children don't want Nick, or Disney--they only watched PBS. We have old Disney movies on hand. I don't have cable anymore, and I think it is great!!

just because she is 17 and pregnant doesnt mean she shouldnt have a shower, are you crazy. she has friends and family that love her so why not give her a baby shower. i'm sure the gifts will come in handy. she made a mistake but she is doing the best she can now. shes not having an abortion she is dealing with what she did and trying to become a good mom. she could have easily made it go away.
