I was unaware of how much my mother toked until later years after my parents split. I am convinced she started her weed habit because of the pressures of raising my four older half sisters, two older half brothers (who I am estranged from because I don't drink nor do drugs) and my older brother (who I grew distant from due to his drinking) on her own whilst my father would be away on US Army related projects (training, recruiting and other Army schools) from 1979 onward when my dad was reinstated in the US Army because my father quit drinking alcohol in 1978 and gave up smoking the cancer sticks in 1984 and didn't relapse in either department and at 62 could pass for 42. Then my mother's pot abuse snowballed after my mother lost custody of myself, my biological brother and her first born son in a bitter custody battle and my mother left my dad for a drunk and in fact, cheated on my dad with him. As for us making choices, some of us born with disorders have no choice but to live with them. I didn't have a choice to be born autistic (just happened and I accept it whilst B*tchney refuses to acknowledge she has a mental issue and she is going to die).
