I HATE IT, 'cause it's like britney doesn't even give a f*ck. she's got two kids, two YOUNG kids...and she's doing drugs, drinking, dressing like she just came out of a horor movie and running red lights. I think the whole situation is screwed up.....and neither one of them need custody of those children. The wise thing to do would be to give temporary custoday to Britney's mom Lynn. She is the only one that seems to have any sense in the whole matter!!!!!1

Is Britney's lawyer serious? that just because she is a celebrity she should be able to do the required drug testing at her whim??? There is a reason that you have to respond in a certain time and why a missed test is a failed test. Drug users do what they can to flush their system, delay the test, etc to make sure their drugs don't show up on a test. If we just let them all test by whim, then where would we be? It would be pointless to test. Period. As for her not being up at 830--if she cared enough for her kids and took this process seriously, she would be up at whatever time she had to be and she would do everything she could to prove she is not losing drugs. Those tests she has passed prove nothing--it only proves something if she takes ALL of them, not pick and choose when she feels like showing up. The ones she missed could very well be the times she was partying and that is the reason for her not showing up. I really believe Britney doesn't want her kids. If she did, she would be acting more responsibly and get a bit of humility. She will regret choosing partying over her kids. It is those kids, not the fans who will love her unconditionally. Of course, if she keeps this up, her kids might decide to have nothing to do with her when they grow up.
