Usmagazine.com confirms with the Los Angeles Superior Court that a hearing in the Spears-Federline custody case has been set for Thursday at 8:30 a.m.
A source close to the case tells Us that the hearing was called by Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan. The source says Kaplan plans to make a motion to restrict Spears' driving rights due to a technical violation of her court-ordered drug testing. Spears was recently called for a test and could not be reached within the hour, says the source.
The source adds that Spears has not tested positive on any drug test.
This is the second time Spears has found herself in trouble with the court over her availability. On October 18, her visitation rights with sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, were suspended when she failed to be on a court-required conference call.
