Lawyers for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are in a Los Angeles court again today. Also present at the proceedings for the first time since August? A representative from the city’s Department of Child and Family Services.
At a hearing just two weeks ago, Spears attorney Laura Wasser told the court, “I spoke to [DCFS attorneys] Paul Harris and Doug Hunter, who both said they are not going to pursue anything on this." She later told Usmagazine.com, “I don't think they [the DCFS] had anything to appear about."
Apparently, the DCFS has had a change of heart. Perhaps it has something to do with attorney Gloria Allred’s much-touted “secret witness,” who is with her at the courthouse today?

There are a lot of messed up kids in this country who come from parents just like lil miss Brit. There are enough credible stories out there about her erratic behavior, her drug use, drinking, public indecency etc., that warrants a full investigation by child protective services. Life is tough enough without having a parent that clearly can't even take care of herself. Those kids need to be taken away so Britney can get her life together, her priorities straight and her head screwed on straight. Those two kids don't deserve this, they didn't ask for it and they don't need it. Once she has proven that she can provide a stable, normal, healthy, happy home...than and only than, should she have slow visitation rights and her custodial rights restored.

Most kids I see at the store, school etc. smile. All ages, especially the little ones. My little one never stops smiling. Of course the cameras constantly following them might be scary?

May be the abuse isn't overt, but just because she is celebrity Depart of Child services, cannot turn a blind eye, her substance abuse and mental health problems are negatively affecting the children. They are in danger, if she is out partying to all hours, she cannot function during the day. She is obviously using drugs and refuses any care, this alone is not child abuse, but her bizarre behavior, her instability, her pushing away her parents and people who care for her, K-Fed is no role model, but he looks like a saint compared to her right now, she truly needs help, she is headed for suicide or an OD.

This is just what I think, and just to let anyone know I have NO kids! But they just need to leave Brit alone If any girl who is not in the public eye happen to.....I dont know, say let her kid sit on her lap while driving, noone would say sh*t I see that and more on a daily bassis.
