Britney Spears upset dancers and the crew on the set of her "Piece of Me" video by showing up 12 hours late to the shoot Tuesday at L.A. restaurant and nightclub Social Hollywood.
Despite an 8 a.m. call time, Spears, 25, didn't leave her Beverly Hills home until after 7 p.m. after Kevin Federline's bodyguards picked up sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 14 months.
She arrived on set around 8:35 p.m.
"I've been there since 3 p.m. and have not shot a thing!" one dancer fumed to Usmagazine.com. "I finally finagled my way out. It's all very unorganized. They are calling in more people for late night."
In the video, Spears and four look-alikes — dressed in black newsboy caps, sunglasses, black trench coats and short blond wigs — to try trick the paparazzi.
Spears used a “body double to shoot all the scenes that don't require her face," an on-set source tells Us.
The shoot wrapped just after 5 a.m. Wednesday; Spears headed home at 6:30 a.m.

okay, well guys she had her children! Thats why she couldnt make it earlier, and probably more than likely she called and told someone she was going to be late and no one is reporting on that. If she Had NOT visited with her children it would have been bad parenting, the girl cant win! Yall need to back the heck up off her!

Hahahaha, That's just awesome. Other artists, ones that actually aren't shaped like cows, will dance in the whole video. I think they should do a remake of Ghost Busters 1 and she could play the "Stay Puft" Marshmellow Man.

What difference does it make that she is late the dancers still get paid dont they? they should also keep their mouths shut b/c they dont know where she is or what shes doing...it is after all her video and w/o her there wouldnt be a need for the all important dancers...give me a f break this is all so stupid maybe they should all have to wear fatigues in iraq and well see how much whining they will do?? britney need to go on tour in iraq with her dancers and take her rehab with her give the pap a rest and her ex a rest....im only interested to see how far this stupid nonsense will go..someone at the brit camp is doing there job b/c she gets a lot of attention...although all of it is negative...grow up brit...grow up spoiled small time wannabees that keep her in the news...who cares...who cares...let her do what she wants...she has been given enought attention..enought money...and enough chances...she has paved her road...lets see how much damage she can do without any help from the rest of us...apparently her kids were never first or she would not be showing her butt to everyone...

I can't believe the comments made about Britney Spears, she is a singer and that is all! She is barely a mother and as for her being a decent human being, well the jury is still out on that. But the more publicity and acceptance we give her and her antics only feeds her ego into doing more outrageous stuff. She is a spoiled little girl and until she owns up to her responsibilities as a person, mother, singer and public figure then she will always be a "hasbeen" in my book. Time to look elsewhere - I would never like it if my niece, sister or daughter looked up to Britney Spears and thought that her behavior is acceptable. My vote goes to MILEY CYRUS (Hannah Montana) that is until she screws up too. Britney Spears does not know you, care for you or pay any of your bills so stop defending her actions and take care of your own...

Hey, I really think that we should leave Brit alone. She may have lots of problems, but honestly, can you really believe everything that you read nowadays? No one can judge any one except for God Himself, so back off of Brit and let her go down the wrong path and destroy her life on her own. We in the real world know that Brit's problems are just that, Brit's problems, not yours, not mine, only Brit's. So we just need to leave her alone and live our lives and stop trying to live hers for her.

I think Britney needs to grow up. It is time for the court to take control of people like her and Lyndsey. They are out of control and not capable of taking care of themselves.She needs to be put on probation where the prob. ofcer is going to keep tabs of her and make her answerable for her actions. I know the system is overloaded and the P.O. can't be on her as much as needed but it is at least a check and balance system where she will be punsihed for her negative actions. She shouldn't have her children without someone watching over them like a social worker. Her behavior is not only a danger to herself but to her children. It only takes a second for a children to get hurt even with the parents keeping close tabs. But when you are under the influence of drugs, alcohol, whatever, you are to out of it to notice those little things.

I am not really fan of her. But she need to get back to herself and show that she can be a good role model and a mother. Because if not then I don't care if she late or she taking care her kids first... If she can't show up or anything then she shouldn't sign and get the money for it.
I felt bad for her but I just wish she get back to normal asap before it made it worst for her kids when they grow up.
I understand that she come from very problem child hood but I have been though what she been and I am only person that has to change. and nobody tell me how to change it.. smiling.

Great, now I have visions in my head of Britney running around convinced she can move things with her mind. Her hanger ons are trying to discretely push over the ashtrays and take the nuts off the fire hydrants while she stares so hard at the objects her eyes bug out of her head and she passes gas. Of course she'll scream about her dirty pillows and then flash her other dirty linen. She'll crash a prom and have flashbacks to her heyday and get on stage and start lip syncing one of her songs despite the fact that they are not being played. Then Lufti will grab the punch and dump it over her head when she starts asking where the piggy-bacon blood is. She'll act like she's in Flashdance and say how much she loves Footloose. Eventually the night will end with her hiding under various piles of trash and grabbing the hands and ankles of passersby.
