Why should Kevin file for sole custody of his kids with Shar? He has shared custody there and she does not appear to be placing her kids at risk? Unlike Britney.

Doing drugs does not make on an addict in need of rehab. I'm sure he did do drugs. Question is, could he stop? Can he function? Does he place the drugs above the safety of the kids? Above career? Britney has shown classic addict signs, he has not- as far as we have seen. Anything else is pure speculation. As is most about him.

I agree, the nudity is silly to get riled up over, unless it is somehow sexual in context. More we don't know. Flashing her vag alone is not enough to question her parenting. But she has given much more than that.

Pot is also comparable to alcohol in it's effects. If you bother to research the history of it you will see that the illegalization of it had nothing to do with it's effects and to do with business and the cheapness of hemp. Yes it is still illegal, and there is something to be said of simply breaking the law, however many areas have decriminalized it to the point that it basically allowed to have it in possession when for personal use. And that is just the US. It is legal in many other areas. Are those people bad parents because it is legal there?

Again, if bothered to research, in Cal. to be entered into a rehab facility you must meet criteria that establishes a substance dependency- if the treatment center wants to meet state law. According to Promises website they are an addiction treatment center for both alcohol and drugs. Not a mental health facility. Will the treat mental health issues? Sure, but as an addiction treatment center they evaluate addiction, treat addiction, and enter patients based upon addiction. An addiction treatment center is not going to admit a person not dependant. There are mental health facilities who can care for patients who have illnesses and are not addicts.

The judge did enter it into evidence, so he did in fact legally "hear" it. It remains to be seen what comes of it of course, if your inside knowledge is in fact true, but the fact is as of now it is in evidence and accepted as such by the judge. Just because it wasn't a read-out-loud session in the courtroom does not mean it is not taken seriously. I'm going to go with the facts there instead of stupidly trying to guess the motivations of the judge who is supposed to remain unbiased or assume that a lawyer would enter in a perjured statement, which could cost that lawyer their entire career.
