Maybe I am a little frustrated. NOT because I'm in a similar situation. Because she has opportunities that most people don't, but she still doesn't give a damn. If it were one of us we would of lost our chances to be with our kids. Actions speak louder than words, and her actions show that she isn't stressing about getting her kids back. The court doesn't take kids away from their mother unless someone proves that the mother is unfit-thanks to some of the medias pics. It's aggravating to me, because I am a young mother, and everything stopped when I found out I was preggo. This happens all the time. Girl just wants a nice family, with children and a loyal husband. However, girl has husband who wants it all, the monetary benefits of marriage and the freedom to party at the same time. Girl dumps party boy. Party boy then drags her through hell to punish her and try to get her money, all the while using her own children against her. And the legal system helps him. Britney is being driven insane. Jen it only takes 45 seconds to get your test results back are her kids so NOT important she can not wait that long? From your conversation you sound frustrated. Have you been through this situation or similiar. This is only my opinion.

I see different celebrity's on pictures in stores with their kids, walking down the street with them etc. Not all outings are child focused, people have errands to run everyday. I like those who critize her Starbucks runs as if she is the only person in America who buys their product everyday. Where I live, I see lines out the door daily for them. As I have stated she is normal and does normal things by going out and no one should be confined inside except for criminals, celebrity or not. What is you were a customer service rep and had a person curse at you, would you want to her well that is your job. This is no different, many celebrity's have stated that just because this is what they are and do, they still deserve a private life and are entitled to it. So you are saying just because she likes to sing and has made a career of it, she has to suck up people stalking her, because that is what they are doing. I and I am sure many do not agree with that.

And again, name calling, come on. Really, that is necessary. Most of the time when people name call, it is because they have been called names and can not get past it. Normal intelligent people can have a debate or disagree and not resort to nam calling.

All the court confirmed was that they were not qualified caretakers. Those allegations were also part of the tabloid stories, so perhaps it lends some credence, perhaps not.
