I think that it is about time she showed up for her deposition. I mean it is reasonable to feel anxious and not want to do it but it is just something you have to do. But I could also see where she wouldn't want the paparazzi and the whole world knowing her business and when her deposition is supposed to take place. I guess that's just a consequence of being such a sought-after celebrity. I am still a fan of hers but i think she needs to learn something about all of this court drama. I believe showing up to this hearing and for the postponed deposition will be step 1 for britney getting her life back on track and being able to be there for her boys. I also believe that Jamie-Lynn's growing pregnancy and her giving birth will also help britney alot with her self and with caring for her children. So hopefully all works out well. I'd just hate to see that federline dweeb have soul custody.

3:57 - "the courts" don't have anything to do with the scheduling of depositions. Scheduling of depositions is done by the attorneys for the respective parties, and the actual deposition process doesn't involve the court at all.
