If you think about this with an objective mind you'll understand how utterly ridiculous this really is!

First of all if you are suffering from a mental illness and perhaps being fed drugs by some moron (Sam L) then it stands to reason you are going to have some issues. The public has been less than sympathetic to Britney and K-Fed even less so. It's a shame, we all go through difficult times in our lives, could you imagine doing it in the public eye?

Second, K-Fed lives in a $7500 a month home. He has nannies, he plays golf and, by the looks of his fat ass, seems to eating well too! He gets child support as well as, and forgive me if I'm wrong, payments from Britney monthly in alimony. If he really cares about his children, he'd take some responsibly and pay his own bills.

Like the Heather Mills case, money is the driving force behind this. It makes me wish I wasn't gay, I'd go find some rich women to marry for a hot minute and then divorce her in another hot minute!

HELLLLLLLLLLOOOOOO!!! This is what happens in the life of a divorcing couple. The party that makes that most money MUST pay the other party's attorney fees!!!!!!! Nothing new, look up your counties Superior Court and look under FAMILY COURT and you will see all divorces.

Even though Britney messed up she don't have to pay for k. Fed
broke ass. She is obviously getting her life back together, so why is she paying to stay away from her kids. But one thing for sure, once she go broke what is Kevin going to do. That's where he is getting all of his money from and now she's losing it all.

I think it's appropriate that Britney is being made to pay all of the attorney fees. She may have a mental illness, personality disorder, or emotional disorder, but from what I've read, she's responsible for this whole legal fiasco. It's good that her family are playing a big and active role in attempting to steer Britney onto a positive path, but I also believe that it's important that she be held accountable for her actions. Britney chose to be a difficult client, not respect court orders, and publicly behave in ways that were detrimental both to herself and her children. Kevin appears to be a good and responsible parent at least publicly I've not seen anything to suggest the contrary. He deserves primary custody of those children and to have Britney pay his attorney fees IMO. I hope it's true that Jamie Spears and Kevin have a good relationship that will hopefully lead to less court intervention in this matter. I hope Britney is as dedicated to improving her life as those who are genuinely trying to help her.

The only thing I can really say in this tough situation is that, hopefully,? it'll be settled soon, and also, I hope Sam Lutfi stays away from Britney, her family, etc. for the rest of her life?

Kevin shouldn't have to pay his lawyers for every time they showed up and Britney didn't. You only get a public defendant if you are being prosecuted and he isn't.

This is STUPID! Kevin should be paying his own bills... the reason Britney has been so messed up is because of him in the first place...he can clearly afford to foot his own bill. He needs to man up and take some responisbility for his actions too...and pay his own bills. He only married Britney for her fame and money anyway... too bad for him, he's still a PATHETIC LOSER! Britney will get better and get her act together and get her kids back, I'm sure...but he will always be a loser and a bum and his kids will grow up to resent him.

If Britney did the things she was ordered to do by the courts she wouldn't be paying the attorney fees. Everybody against her paying the fees needs to realize Britney made this mess she's in. She's the one putting the kids at risk , how many times have you seen her taking her kids somewhere kid friendly.. Like Disney!!! No. , you see her driving them around at 1030 at night so she can get her smokes .. Truly unacceptable ... What other Hollywood moms do you see doing this.... NONE... She deserves it... Stop the excuses!!!!

Kevin has some nerve, knowing he has no money, he should have gotten a public defender. he's nothing but a deadbeat and the only reason he wants those kids is for britneys money

this is definitely harsh! all about money! poor young women has endured such a horrible storm in her life and now this. yes her actions have been outrageous and absurd but who wouldn't act out when your going through such a tragic time.
