ok eating fast food does not bother ur looks one bit its make-up that ruins ur apparances. It causes wrinkling earlier and gives u crows feet faster then a person like me that doesn't wear make-up. I eat fast food and I still look young. I get complaments all the time and asked how do I keep myself looking so young. I tell them I never ever wear make-up cuz it ruins your skin and makes u look older faster. So for the one that says fast food ruins ur looks I can prove u wrong. I eat burgers, fries, onionrings, pizza, and other fast foods like that.

JillyRo is right. It's a lifelong treatment. It often does take several attempts with medication to get the right one, or the right combo. And if they do go off that combo, as many think they can, they might have to find another all over. It often takes several attempts, several different cycles of on the meds and doing ok, then thinking they can go off and acting out, then on again, etc. for the person to really accept that they need the help.

It's sad there is still such a stigma.

11:20 you don't get it. They often do not KNOW they are ill. They can't see it. Her kids shouldn't be with her, explaining her illness does not mean someone thinks she should have her kids. It's just that: an explanation of why she might act as she does. It's not an excuse, but it may be why.

I do agree with 11:24, too. I think it's too early to diagnose her with anything. I know media outlets have been declaring her bipolar, but the fact remains that until she has consistent treatment, they won't have a diagnosis for her. There are too many things that could be the cause of her behavior. Throw in the chemical issues - she was admitted into rehab, they are there - and there is a lot going on.

Anonymous 11:24...you also are RIGHT ON in all you say , every BP person is different, different stages, different reactions. But as you indicated, some symptoms are the same for all BPs (not listening, easily distracted, ect.) I too am not diagnosing Britney, just seeing her behaviour in last few months points to BP from my current experience with family members, but that's up to a Doc to really say.

Anonymous 11:14, think whatever you like of me (not true, but whatev, like I care). But what makes you a true idiot is if you were a true fan of Britney's, you would want to understand her illness and be interested in learning more about it.

I think Britney will really do it this time, and get better. When she gets over this, she'll be just fine. Plus, she's still young enough that she can get her career back. Probably even profit in a tell-all book to boot!

Many of you do not understand mental illness or bipolar. A comment like "when she gets over this" proves it. Bipolar is not something you ever "get over", you live with it FOREVER and as long as a person takes their meds DAILY, the episodes are less erractic and manic, but nevertheless, they are never 100% "normal", it's a huge part of their life. It can take awhile to get the right mix of meds and every once in awhile, the person becomes used to their particular mix so they don't work as well anymore, so a doc will have to re-jig and come up with a new combo (but during that time, they may relapse, have paranoia, depression, ect.). if she is bipolar, she will always have a struggle somewhat. Don't mean to be a downner, but it's reality, it's a LIFELONG battle and these people are constantly waging their own war. Seriously, my hubby has family members with this disease. and their struggle is daily, despite meds, still needs mega attention, has paranoia, have harder time maintaining relationships, ect. And for these people partying/drugs/drinking make it worse, it's a big no-no. Bipolars don't listen to anybody either, their families have a hard time to get them to see anything rational, their mind is their own, racing, racing, racing all the time.

Can these people Shut the F Up for 24 hours. Let the woman get the treatment she badly needs and leave her alone.

I just want to say it is about time something was done, I can't believe they let things go on this long, I think something should of been done the last time they hauled her in If i was her parents I would of been concered enough to try to figure out what was wrong with my daughter and I wouldn't of let it go on this long.

I'm the devil's advocate here but I honestly don't know . . . is Sam Lutfi really a bad person? How do we know this to be true? If the info came out of one of these tabloids I would be suspicious. But I've also recently read that he is a genuinely nice man who is helping Britney. Some of you know a lot more about this story than I do so please, fill me in.
