How can you people actually sit their and type that foolishness. I mean who are you to say K-fed is a jerk? Do you know him personally? Maybe he has common sense. Britney has been drugs since age 14 ok, so maybe he knows if he doesn't take his boys he may never have another chance to. She nearly killed herself along with her son Jayden by drowning themselves in a bathtub. So I know he may not always be watching them but at least he cared enough not to ever drown them or he actually cared to leave them with more responsible adults while he went partying. So don't put the blame on K-fed maybe if h slowed down on the partying he'd be an even better dad.

I hope Britney gets well before it's too late. K-Fed is a jerk! Instead of being supportive to the mother of his boys he just helps pushing her further of the edge. It is easy for us to criticize, but things like this happen to everyday people too, they are just not publicized like Britney always is. Kevin is trying to be the "hero" by taking custody of his kids, but wasn't he always smoking weed and partying himself? Noone really knows what he's doing when he is around his kids because all the focus is on Britney. For all we know Kevin could be causing harm to the kids and noone knows about it. I really am not interested in celebrity gossip, but being a mother myself, I feel for Brit and hope she recovers and gets her life back to normal for her own sanity and her kids. There are many kids in this world who are abused and are with unfit parents and noone knows about it because they are not famous and it goes unnoticed. Good luck Britney!!!

People forget or are ignorant of the fact that mental illness impairs a person's ability to make good choices/decisions, or to accept or recognize they even need help. People will always judge/criticize from a perspective of being sound of mind. Mental illness does not discriminate and the rich and famous are not immune. It is painfully clear from this young woman's erratic behaviour over the past year there is a serious problem. I only hope that Britney gets the help she desperately needs and most importantly her childen are protected from this media circus and given a more stable environment.

I think it is really sad what is happening here. Yes, Britney is not doing well and she does need some help. I am sad for the boys as they are stuck in all this. If the judge is so concerned about them you would think he would place a reatraining order on all the press that constantly sworms them..This won't solvde the problems but it certainlt would be a start. Another thing is that we only know what Britney is doing so wrong. I don't see the press tracking Kevin down like the dog he is. Who the ---- doesn't rush to the hospital if they know that thier kids are being taken there? I agree with many that Kevin needs to stop being a free-loader and get a job. He wouldn't have a thing to offer these kids without Britney's money. Pretty good that he only can provide for them with her money yet he gets them. They should place then with family until this is resolved. The public needs to be praying for Britney and her precious kids. As for Kevin well we should all pray that he be a real man and get a job. If he truely just wants to have his kids and keep them safe he should do so without accepting any money from Britney and prove it isn't all about the money!!!!!!!

Someone please help this girl is obvious she needs help, and if her family or her ex-husband who claimed he once loved her won't step in then maybe a close friend. I just don't want to hear of another famous person committing suicide. Everyone thinks this is all about the kids its not maybe she is suffering from postpartum depression she did have two kids back to back I guess no one has thought about that Huh. I believe she's at her breaking point and its just a matter of time before she is no longer with us. K-Fed I know you will never read this but we all know why you married her because its also obvious you never cared about her because you keep hurting her you see she is hurting but yet you go and make things worse be the man she thought you were and get her the help she needs. Your the reason she's like this whether you believe it or not, she believed you loved her with all your heart and you broke her heart when you cheated on her. So stop acting like you care about the kids because you don't who sends a bodyguard to pick up their kid you should have gone yourself like any man would. the only thing you see in those kids is $$$$$ signs

So many here are missing the point. This young woman needs help, but the primary concern has to be for her children. Britney appears to have either no familia support, or it is crap (her lil sis pg?) and her choices of friends and the simple choices she is making day to day are wrong. One does not have to be in the spotlight. SHe could have gone into rehab, she could have stayed out of hotels and aimless driving. She could do a lot for her own health. SHe is chosing not to do so. Her children need to be protected from her at this point, and now it appears, she needs to be protected from herslef. Very sad situation for someone who COULD be on top of the world -- Like Miss Christina Aguilar.

I can't believe Britney is acting this way, after all the time she was wanting to be a mother and kissing other people's baby, I am a mother myself and I can truly say it gets crazy sometimes, but you would think Britney has even money and support from her family to get some help... She will open her eyes one day and see all the stupid mistakes she made!

ok people let's get real here ok? who cares If kfed married britney for status and all that other crap - right now this is not about kfed - it's about britney's actions and her childrens best interests. clearly the girl needs PSYCHIATRIC help - had she just handed the kids over at the time she was supposed to then this wouldn't be an issue. i have no pity for her - whether or not kfed is a bum, or he cheated, or he married for money does not make britney a bad parent, britney makes herself a bad parent. face it if she was a nobody going through the same thing do you honestly think everyone would be so supportive? let's treat her as a person and say you need serious help and in the mean time you can't see your kids!! she can't even bother showing up for her court appointed meetings, depo's etc - try and convince me that this "poor girl" is really trying to get her kids back - locking herself in a room with one of her kids is not a parent's way to keep her kids, it's a gateway to losing them. can you imagine what those poor kids are going through? divorce sucks but when you mother is losing it and making a scene like that? god, can't she just function on a normal level. i believe she has reached the point where she is not capable of making rational decisions on her own - she needs to have a court appointed monitor and needs to lose access to her excess amounts of money until she realizes that shopping, drinking etc will not make her a better person or parent!! GET HER HELP!!

I am not a fan of Britney's either, bu I feel the same as a lot of people on here. I think that Kevin totally married her for her status and to gain his own fame and attention. I think Britney realized this after the birth of her two children and rebelled. I really believe that a womans hormones change after childbirth, not to mention she had two kids in one year, a cheating husband, and an image to maintain. I think thats a lot of stress on someone.

The kids are 1 and 2, they should have been in bed at 8 pm not 11pm.

Poor little pumpkins. I feel terrible for them. Gawd, I feel even worse for them than I do Shiloh Jolie-Pitt. Britney should have zero custody of the kids at this point and for the foreseeable future. If at some point she wants them back, she should have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she can be a decent mother to them, which means no drugs and taking her meds as the starting point.

i love britney, she is amazing but i just hope that she gets some help before its too late, her boys are her life and i hate the way reporters portray her!

Everyone needs to be concerned for the kids. Everyone seems to think that Kevin is such a horrible father when that just is not the case. His bodyguards pick up the boys per the agreement and as far as him leaving before the boys who knows if he was told to do so by his attorney. As far as parents go and believe me I am no fan of Kevin's he is by far more stable than Brit. At least he has the same home that he has been in since they split and the children have a routine. With Brit you never know when or where she will take the kids. Kevin has tried on several different occasions to get her the help that she needs. Give him a break and pray for those boys that they have some what of a normal life. The paps should be ashamed of the way that they stalk these kids all the time. Focus on thier parents not them.
