I personally don't think this information should be made public and is not any of our business. She can put on a good show for the media but that's all it is...a show! I'm sure she's dying inside and I fear it won't be long until she becomes another Hollywood tragedy...I guess when that happens, it will be all HER fault too. It's sad that celebrities are rarely thought of as humans with a heart and normal emotions. She's acting out because she's broken inside and needs love...guidance and support from friends and family. I hope she comes back stronger than ever and then she can proudly wear that jacket!

I think britney looks good for having two kids she may not be all together but i would love to know what you think 125 lbs looks like??? She is what that should look like. If she were to weigh more than that she would be alot bigger and we wonder why girls are the way they are in terms of body issues these days.

I think she looks great considering she had two kids back to back. But she could tone up a bit. And I have a 14 year old daughter that's 5'4" and 125 pounds and she has a belly.

when i was arrested for driving under the influence i was not weighed. they took pics of my 2 tattoos and asked me questions, like if i was having any suicidal thoughts, but they didn't take my weight. maybe this varies from state to state?

in addition she's only 5'3 MAX. we stood next to her and i'm 5'4 and she was way shorter.

They don't weight you when you get arrested. Why are people so naive?

First, she's not 5'5. I'm 5'4 and I've met her..and she's shorter than me! I don't think at her age she's suddenly shot up a few inches.
And please, the police don't weigh you..they ASK your weight and you tell them whatever you want to. I have a friend with a drivers license that says she weighs 130..and she's actually 170!! We laugh about it all the time.

125 lbs. my azz! She wishes!

For some of you who don't know, 5'5" and 125 pounds is a BMI of 20.8... Which happens to be right in the middle of the healthy weight range. In fact it's closer to underweight than overweight.
Looks 125 to me. All of you who think she's lying about it are just feeding your insecurities. You don't have to put her down just to make yourself feel better.
To everyone who says she LOOKS fat? YOU are America's problem. You wanna say she's f@#$ed up? Yeah she is, but you're producing thousands of Mary Kates because you need a self esteem boost.

I have seen her in person and no way is she 5'5". She's very short. Just like Lindsay's height & weight changed during both arrests. The po-po either looks at what your license says (which is a lie, too) or take your word on it. Brit is also not 125. Her legs alone weigh more than that. She's a solid, thick boned girl.

Well, I've never been arrested so I don't know. But if they take a person's weight and height, I figured they actually took their weight and height. And if it was common practice, there would just be a scale and a wall with height markings on it, ala the door at 7-11. It's not a stretch to think they'd do that. But like I said, I've never been booked so I wouldn't know.
