Brittany Snow: "I Have Sex with Everybody in the Movie"

Hairspray actress Brittany Snow has been a bad, bad girl. In the upcoming drama Black Water Transit, Snow breaks out of her wholesome box to play the role of a troubled prostitute. “Basically, I have sex with everybody in the movie. I wear nothing the entire time,” Snow, 21, reveals in the August issue of Vegas Magazine, on newsstands August 1st.

I'm a messed-up actress. I should be strong and have this thick skin, but I'm a really sensitive girl.

On hitting the Sin City scene on her 21st birthday:
We were up for probably three days straight—without any drugs—but lots of alcohol and lots of coffee.

On being taken seriously for her craft, not her lifestyle:
I'm really excited to show people that I am an actual actress, not just wanting to be a celebrity and go to this party and that party.

Why are you people making negative comments about a person you don't know? She's an incredible actress and we'll be seeing big things from her. US portrays this new role as a first for Brittany ... but she's had several parts that were troubled, challenging characters and she was great in all of them. To those of you who feel the need to project your own misery onto some actress you don't know ... get a life!

Is everyone forgetting that Julia Roberts played a hooker in 'Pretty Woman'??? Brittany Snow was awesome in 'American Dreams'. So what if she stayed up three days in a row for her 21st birthday? She didn't get arrested or make the news, so I guess it's really not a big deal, huh? I am glad she is starting to become more famous. I just hope she stays grounded.

Stripper/prostitute roles are SO cliche for actresses. She's not very bright if she doesn't realize that. It's sad to see these girl so desperate to break their good girl images, and I doubt anyone will be able to take her serious in that role (probably because she's not much of an actress to begin with).

A lot of people celebrate their 21st in a big way. I'm not a big drinker but my 21st was much the same. Also, plenty of incredible actresses play prostitutes and strippers in films. Natalie Portman, Demi Moore, etc. She's just joking around in her comment like yeah great, I'm the big hoe. But don't knock her until you see the movie and then judge her on her acting chops and see if it's just sleazy or if it's a memorable performance.
