Actress Cameron Diaz, 34, has been dating singer Justin Timberlake, 25, for almost four years, but the couple has yet to seal the deal. On Tuesday's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the star of The Holiday explained that she's too scared of committment to make it official.

Ellen: "Speaking of Justin…when he was on the show I asked him if you were going to get married."

Cameron: "I saw that."

Ellen: "And, are you?"

Cameron: "I’m a commitment phobe…don’t want to do it."

Ellen: "I know but it’s been almost four years now."

Cameron: "I know. Well, we’re kind of, like, married..isn’t it?"

Ellen: "Yeah, kind of…without the tax benefits."

Cameron: "Oh, yeah..Oh wow."

Ellen: "There’s reason to do it!"

Diaz also revealed that, though she’s not looking to tie the knot anytime soon, she collects wedding bouquets as a hobby.

Ellen: "The tradition at a wedding is if you catch the bouquet you’re the next to get married and people fight like crazy to catch the bouquet. Why do you fight?"

Cameron: "I don’t fight ..no, no...it’s not about fighting. It’s about being in the right position. The right place at the right time… It’s like a sport to me. I don’t care, I don’t want to get married I just want to catch the bouquet because I have a collection of bouquets...I don’t have them still but their kind of in my ego catalog...12 bouquets.”

Ellen: "You’re taking some poor woman who desperately wants the bouquet..."

Cameron: "She better work on her vertical is all I’m sayin’..."

Meanwhile, on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno Monday night, the actress explained that the reason she’s getting a nose job is because she can’t breathe out of her right nostril after breaking her nose several times (most recently from surfing).

"It's not cosmetic, it's for breathing purposes,” she told Leno. “They’re going to go in and fix the bone so the deviated septum is no longer blocked.” She insisted "you won't notice... it's not cosmetic."

While Cameron talked about the nose job in the future tense, it's been reported that the actress already had the operation. Check out the pictures above and judge for yourself.
